With the advancement of China's basic education curriculum reform,teaching and evaluation based on the core qualities of disciplines has gradually become a research hotspot in the education sector.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",which proposed five dimensions of core literacy in chemistry,and added new sections such as academic quality standards and academic proficiency test proposition recommendations.In 2019,the Ministry of Education Examination Center released the "China College Entrance Examination Evaluation System",proposing that the contents of education evaluation should be tested in four aspects: students' essential knowledge,key abilities,subject literacy and core values.Therefore,evaluation based on core literacy has gradually become the key to advancing ethics and developing students' core literacy.This article is based on Bloom classification theory,SOLO theory and education evaluation theory.Three sets of high school chemistry examination papers in Shandong Province from 2017 to 2019 and five sets of high school chemistry examination papers in Yunnan Province from 2015 to 2019 were selected as the research objects.First of all,through the literature method to sort out the domestic articles on the development of academic level examinations and test questions analysis,preliminary understanding of the pilot provinces and cities in the new curriculum reform and the status of the passing of examination papers.Then use content analysis,statistics and comparative analysis methods to compare the content and ability requirements of the qualification test in the two versions of the course standard,and from the dimensions of the test paper structure,necessary knowledge,subject ability,subject literacy and other dimensions,the two versions of the course The examination questions of Shandong Province under the bid and the examination questions of Yunnan Province are analyzed.By summarizing the development trend of the qualification test questions in Shandong Province and the current status of thechemistry test in Yunnan Province,the proposition enlightenment of the qualification test questions in Yunnan Province will be obtained in the future,and suggestions will be provided for the development and teaching of new qualification test standards and qualification tests in Yunnan Province.Based on the above analysis,the thesis authored a set of sample exam papers for qualification,and analyzed the reliability,validity,and differentiation of the test papers with the help of SPSS software.Finally,it is concluded that the future qualification test of Yunnan Province should pay attention to optimize the type of test questions,adjust the structure of test papers,and closely follow the curriculum standards to create test questions in combination with real situations to develop students' life-long literacy.
