In the era of globalization,every nation is attaching more and more importance to and carrying forward its excellent culture,but most of our students do not pay enough attention to this,on the contrary,they show a keen pursuit of the national culture of other countries,which is undoubtedly the lack of education of our national culture,and also a defect in our language education.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate students' humanistic spirit,pay attention to the social reality and enhance the local cultural education in the current Chinese education.BaoShan area has a long history of development and a long history of culture,which contains rich cultural resources in the development of school-based curriculum,and is an important part of Chinese culture.To develop and utilize it,on the one hand,helps the students who focus on their studies in the classroom to know more about the relative professional cultural knowledge of their hometown,stimulates their love and pride for their hometown culture,and thus achieves the purpose of inheriting local culture,cultivating students' cultural confidence and localism.On the other hand,it can promote teachers' own professional development and reflect the characteristics of the school.This article will follow the spirit of basic education curriculum reform,in compulsory education stage and ordinary high school stage of "Chinese curriculum standard" for reference,combining with the local culture of BaoShan,mainly discusses BaoShan district "side culture" as the value of local Chinese curriculum resources development,on the basis of screening for resources try writing textbooks,and implementing scheme is given.According to the development process of school-based curriculum,the paper is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction first introduces the origin of the research on the development of Chinese school-based curriculum of "polar culture",then conducts a literature review and analysis,on the basis of which the basic concepts involved in this subject are defined,and finally,the research assumptions are expounded from the four aspects of research significance,innovation,research ideas and research methods.The first chapter starts with the feasibility and value of the development of Chinese school-based curriculum of "polar culture".Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of school-based curriculum are explained,then the local culture and its educational function are described,and the unique regional cultural resources of BaoShan are introduced,so as to clarify the importance and feasibility of curriculum development.The second chapter is the concrete development process of "polar culture" Chinese school-based curriculum.First of all,the curriculum philosophy and objectives of this course are expounded.Secondly,the selection criteria of course contents are given,and the emphasis is on the investigation and arrangement of the course contents,which involves four aspects: the natural ecology of the border areas,the folk customs and local customs,the multi-culture of the border areas,and the patriotic spirit reflected in the governance of the border areas.Finally,the author thinks about the compilation of school-based textbooks.The teaching contents are divided into special topics,and the presentation of textbook contents is divided into text system,aided reading system,image system and activity system.The third chapter mainly introduces the scientific implementation and evaluation of "polar culture" Chinese school-based curriculum.In the course implementation section,the teaching plan of each unit will be listed.The evaluation part is for student evaluation and course evaluation respectively.The conclusion further clarifies the purpose and significance of the development and implementation of "polar culture" Chinese school-based curriculum,and briefly describes the shortcomings of this research,so as to make continuous improvement in the future research.In a word,"side culture" in the research of Chinese school-based curriculum development proposed to make full use of BaoShan district rich Chinese curriculum resources,to development of school-based curriculum,trying to make with our cultural characteristics of Chinese school-based curriculum the extension of the current high school Chinese curriculum,with abundant broaden students' knowledge structure,abundant accumulation of the students' emotion,promote students' personalized development,improve the teachers' curriculum research capabilities.
