The students' physical health is related to the future of the country. The primary school is the foundation of students' physical development, which has an important influence on their future physical development. But now the students' body shape, body function and physical quality development not harmonious, because of the influence of various factors of which can influence the student's physical quality most stamina and muscle strength decline is particularly serious,in order to let physical get more comprehensive development of students,in the "healthy China 2030 program" to strengthen the school sports work the progress of the request,in order to improve the students' physical condition.Stone lock is one of the intangible cultural heritage of Sports in China. It is a traditional national sports event integrating strength, skills and entertainment. It can improve the strength, flexibility and coordination of the human body.At present, there are few studies on the impact of weight-bearing exercise on students' physical fitness, while the research on the impact of stone-lock exercise on students' physical fitness is blank, lacking data support. In this study, two classes of grade two in Nanjing Jinling Primary School were randomly selected as experimental subjects by means of literature review, interview, experiment and mathematical statistics, with Class one of Grade two as the experimental group and Class Five of Grade two as the control group to explore the influence of stone-lock movement on the physique of students aged 8-9.Statistical software was used to conduct T-test on the physical indicators measured before and after the experiment of the experimental group and the control group, and the following results were obtained:1.After 12 weeks of stone lock exercise, the height and weight of students in the experimental group were improved before and after the experiment. The height and weight of boys in the experimental group increased by 1.75 cm and 2.21 kg respectively, while that of girls in the experimental group increased by 2.72 cm and 2.07 kg respectively, showing very significant differences(P < 0.01).2.After 12 weeks of stone lock exercise, the vital capacity of students in the experimental group was improved before and after the experiment.Among them, the vital capacity of boys in the experimental group was increased by 30.15 ml,while that of girls in the experimental group was increased by 99.61 ml,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.After 12 weeks of stone lock exercise, the sitting forward flexion and grip strength of the experimental group were improved by 1.58 cm and 0.57 kg respectively before and after the experiment, showing significant differences(P < 0.05).The forward bending of the sitting body of the girls in the experimental group was significantly changed,2.05 cm higher than that before the experiment, showing a significant difference(P < 0.05).The grip strength of boys in the experimental group was significantly changed,0.74 kg higher than that before the experiment, with a significant difference(P < 0.05).Research conclusion:1.According to the physical growth and development characteristics of primary school students, their height and weight will increase with age. Therefore, the influence of stone lock exercise on the height and weight of students aged 8-9 remains to be further explored.2.After 12 weeks of stone lock exercise, the vital capacity of the experimental group increased somewhat after the experiment, but the increase was not obvious,so the effect of stone lock exercise on the vital capacity of students aged 8-9 years was not obvious.3.After 12 weeks of stone lock exercise, the seated forward bending and grip strength of students aged 8-9 were improved. Therefore, stone lock exercise has an obvious effect on improving the flexibility and strength quality of students.
