mankind and the foundation of the Chinese nation in the world.In recent years,a large number of Western sports events have gradually entered modern campuses and are very popular,but China's intangible cultural heritage is rarely mentioned,and even gradually faded out of the historical stage.As one of the intangible cultural heritages of traditional sports,the stone lock sport has developed in the survivors in recent years.It is a traditional folk sports project with fitness value that uses "lifting,throwing and spinning" as the main method.It has a long history andprofound experience.The cultural heritage of the company is listed as the third batch of "National Intangible Cultural List".The introduction of this traditional aerobic resistance force into the school is not only the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage,but also the enhancement The sense of strength and flexibility of junior high school students promotes the development of junior high school students' physical level.Research objectives:By adding stone lock movement in the form of the experimental intervention into the physical education curriculum in junior high school students,through the contrast experiment to explore their effects on physical health contrast analysis,to explore the present situation of junior middle school students physical health as well as stone lock on its body mass index,and found that the traditional sports culture project feasibility path for promoting the development of the junior high school,how to promote the physical health level of junior high school students to provide theoretical research basis.Research Methods:This research mainly USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,for jiangsu province Nanjing Qilin middle school's 80 students(the control group,40 experimental group 40)as the research object in experimental group stone lock the teaching intervention,the control group adopted according to the new standard of the common compulsory education sports and health course standard "in general physical education curriculum teaching,selection of the national physical health requirements of the test index test,compared with common physical education students in physical fitness testing,data collection and analysis,it is concluded that the results:(1)After the intervention of the experimental group through 12 weeks of stone-lock training,the height and weight of the students in the experimental group were improved before and after the experiment,and the height was increased by 3.6cm,showing a significant difference(P <0.05);The body weight increased by 3.319 kg,P BBB 0 0.05,and there was no significant difference.(p > 0.05)(2)In the experimental group,the vital capacity of the students in the experimental group was increased by 216.19 ml before and after the intervention after 12 weeks of stone lock exercise,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)After the intervention of the experimental group through 12 weeks of stone lock practice,the students in the experimental group lost 1.03769 seconds in 50 m before and after the experiment,showing a very significant difference.(P < 0.01)Standing long jump increased by14.93 cm before and after the experiment,showing a very significant difference;The seat body forward bending experiment was increased before and after1.38 cm,with a very significant difference(P < 0.01).In the index of grip strength,increased by 4.61 kg,showing a significantdifference(P < 0.05)?Research Conclusions:(1)stone lock exercise on body shape influence: after 12 weeks of stone lock movement of students both in height and weight of two indicators improved,height growth in the experimental group have a significant effect,but there were no significant differences on the index weight,conforms to the growth and development regularity in junior high school students,so the stone lock movement effect on body shape is to promote the role of,can promote the growth and development of junior middle school students.(2)The effect of stone lock exercise on physical function: After 12 weeks of stone lock exercise,the vital capacity of junior high school students has a promoting effect but is not significant.Stone lock exercise has no significant effect on the physical functions of junior high school students(3)Influence of stone-lock exercise on physical quality: after 12 weeks of stone-lock exercise,both groups of junior middle school students showed tendency to accelerate the 50-meter running,but the difference between the two groups was not obvious after the experiment.In the standing long jump and grip strength index,there is a great improvement,indicating that stone lock exercise has a significant promoting effect on the strength of junior high school students.In the index of sitting body flexion,there was a significant difference in the experimental group,while there was no significant difference in the control group,indicating that stonewall exercise had a significant impact on the flexibility quality of junior high school students.
