Penalty shooting is one of the most important scoring methods in basketball games, and it is also the only scoring method without competition during the game.Especially with the development of strong confrontation development in basketball events, the increase of physical confrontation contact leads to an increase in the number of fouls, which in turn increases the chance of free throws. Therefore, the percentage of free throws more and more determines the direction of the game and even the outcome of the game.As a result, basketball teams around the world have improved their understanding of free throw percentage to a new historical height,as have basketball teams such as CBA,WCBA,and CUBA.As a CUBA participating team, the Nanjing University of Finance and Economics men's basketball team has a poor combination of daily free throw training and competition.Due to the low percentage of free throws,it is sometimes impossible to convert the advantage of free throw training into victory in key games to win the game..The reason is that the disconnection between training and competition leads to very different situations and physiological characteristics. Therefore, there is an urgent need for innovative research on free throw training methods. At present, the interval training method is a common technical and tactical training method that combines training and training. This study combines interval training and free throw training to develop a "intermittent free throw training method" in the basketball program, and arranges the athlete's heart rate intermittently during the training. At the time of 180 times/point,free-throw training is conducted to discuss the impact of the "intermittent free-throw training method" on high-level basketball players' free-throw rate. This article investigates and investigates all the athletes of the high-level men's basketball team of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, analyzes the influencing factors of free throw practice in the training, and randomly selects 16 athletes as the experimental objects into two groups for 8-week training,of which the experimental group uses "Intermittent free throw training method" training, thecontrol group uses the traditional free throw training method.By comparing the free throw percentage data before and after the experiment, the results show that:1.85.97% of athletes believe that physical decline is an important factor that affects the percentage of free throws. It is generally believed that free kick training is particularly necessary under high load physiological conditions.2.Through 8 weeks of intermittent free throw training, the free throw percentage of the players in the experimental group has been significantly improved(P<0.01).The free throw percentage of the players in the control group has increased compared with that before the experiment, but there is no statistics The difference(P>0.05),the experimental group(71.25±9.91)is higher than the control group(55.00±9.25),and there is a significant difference(P<0.05)?3.The experimental subjects participate in 2019 after combining the experiment In the CUBA basketball trial stage of Jiangsu Province, the actual free throw shooting rate recorded in the experimental group(82%)was significantly higher than the free throw shooting rate(71%).Combining the research results, the study believes:1.Use the "intermittent free-throw training method" to carry out special freethrow training for high-level athletes. This training method is feasible and effective for improving the high-level athletes' free-throw shooting percentage and the free-throw shooting percentage during the game.2.The "intermittent free throw training method" achieves high-load physiological conditions and complex on-and off-field training, which helps to improve the psychological quality of athletes in free throws and effectively improves the stability of high-level athletes' free throws.
