Research On Human Poverty And Poverty Reduction Strategy Of Women In Deep Poverty-stricken Areas

The poverty of women in the deep poverty area is not only the traditional single income poverty,but also a kind of humanistic poverty.Although the current "household" unit of the country's precise poverty relief to a certain extent to improve the poverty relief for women,but women's many-sided development needs still need attention.Based on the theory of capability,this study focuses on women groups in deep poverty areas,aiming to find the crux behind the formation of human poverty by objectively analyzing the status quo of their Capability poverty,Knowledge poverty and Rights poverty,and to explore relevant poverty reduction strategies.This study adopts the method of field research,through questionnaire,in-depth interview and participation observation,collected 130 valid questionnaires in s Township,D County,Gansu Province,and conducted in-depth interviews with 19 women.It attempts to have a deep understanding of the living poverty of the interviewed women from their discourse world through their subject perspective under the objective data statistics of the questionnaire.The study found that due to the special geographical features of the living areas,the low level of regional economic development,the weak foundation of the main body's development,and the problems in the environment of political,economic,social opportunities,transparency guarantee and protective guarantee,the women interviewed have the problem of capacity poverty with insufficient capacity for survival and development,the problem of knowledge poverty,which focuses on the access,understanding and use of information resources,and the problem of the poverty of rights in the fields of politics,economy,resources and family status,the root cause of this multidimensional poverty lies in women's lack of viable capacity.Therefore,this study believes that to deal with human poverty needs to focus on the main basic feasible capacity,internal feasible capacity and comprehensive feasible capacity development.Firstly,to solve the problem of capacity poverty,we should improve the living conditions of women's families and cultivate the basic development ability of the subjects,so as to provide the foundation for their further development.Second,women need to be supported in their response to knowledge poverty by enhancing their intrinsic viability.Re-education,construction of knowledge information channel and intergeneration transmission of poverty are the keys to solve knowledge poverty.Lastly,political,economic and social conditions must be closely linked to the creation of an enabling environment for the practical empowerment of women.Aiming at the human povertyreduction of women,this study suggests that the following measures should be taken:first,we should promote the development of grass-roots autonomy,create a good opportunity environment for community participation,and enhance women's ability to participate in the community.Second,it is necessary to increase women's employment opportunities in order to enhance women's economic autonomy.Third,we should increase government investment to promote the construction of rural public services in areas with deep poverty.Fourth,we should tap local characteristic resources,create women's unique development advantages,for its in the fierce market competition to win the development initiative.Fifth,we should fully develop the function of ethnic social workers in assisting and guiding women in poverty reduction,avoid detours and waste of resources at the same time,so as to increase women's self-confidence in facing poverty reduction and development.
