With the continuous and rapid development of China's economy and society,human resource management has been paid more and more attention by the managers of enterprises,in which salary management is an important part of human resource management,and also an important topic for scholars to study,which plays an important role in the operation and growth of enterprises.Effective salary management can enhance the internal cohesion of enterprises,and it is also an important means to attract and retain talents,so that enterprises and individuals can achieve a win-win goal.As a group of migrant workers in construction enterprises,it is a widely existing human resource component of such enterprises.A good salary management system for migrant workers can not only protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers to the greatest extent,but also promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.The research object of this paper is H Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,a typical construction enterprise located in the third tier city of South Hebei.The first chapter is the introduction part;the second chapter is the related theory review part;the third chapter describes the current situation and existing problems of the compensation management of migrant workers in H Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,through the investigation and analysis of the actual problems of the compensation management of migrant workers in H Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,we know that the current compensation management system has not been well adapted to the development of H company,and even once brought to the management of migrant workers The fourth chapter is to design the compensation management plan for migrant workers of H Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,mainly including the purpose and principle of the design,the overall thinking and key points,specific plan,etc.;the fifth chapter introduces the guarantee mechanism of the implementation of the compensation management plan for migrant workers.Referring to the theory of modern compensation management,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview to compare the research status of compensation management of migrant workers at home and abroad with that of similar enterprises,hoping to provide useful reference for theoptimization and reform of compensation management of migrant workers in H Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and also hope to provide reference for strengthening the compensation management of front-line migrant workers in small and medium-sized construction enterprises Some ideas also provide some humble opinions for the future friends who are committed to the research of migrant workers' salary management.
