The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly states that it cares about the characteristics of each student,promotes the self-confidence and optimistic development of students,respects the laws of education,abides by the laws of students' physical and mental development,and provides suitable education for each student.With the advent of the "Internet and Education" era,China will step into a great change under the support of information technology.The Ten-Year Development Plan for Education Informationization(2011-2020)points out that exploring the comprehensive and deep integration of modern information technology and education,leading the innovation of educational ideas and educational models with information technology,and giving full play to the supporting and leading role of educational informationization in educational reform and development.Hierarchical teaching can meet the learning needs of students at different basic levels,and also teach students in accordance of their aptitude,so that each student can get development and progress.We should also encourage students to use information technology and resource tools to explore and solve problems.Information technology-supported teaching and learning has become the trend of future educational development,and teaching class by using micro video teaching is a practical embodiment of technology-assisted education.Through the literature analysis method to study the application of micro video and stratification teaching at home and abroad,we can draw the advantages of combining micro video with stratification teaching,and build a high school information technology layered teaching model based on micro video on the basis of educational target classification theory,master learning theory,achievement motivation theory and recent development zone theory.The method of questionnaire survey and educational experiment are practiced in the information technology classroom,with the students of two classes in the first grade as the experimental object,the experimental class is taught using the layered teaching model based on micro video,and the traditional teaching method is used in the comparison class.The experimental results show that using the hierarchical teaching model based on micro video in high school information technology classroom can significantly improve students' interest in learning,improve attitude and improve academic performance. |
