Information age has arrived,and digital technology is widely used in all fields of society.Facing the needs of the digital age and focusing on the rapid development of digital,the middle school students as an important force of national and social development,they are working hard to improve their digital literacy,which is also considered imminent.The analysis found that China's actual understanding of the current status of digital literacy among middle school students is insufficient,there is few studies on the correlation between self-perception and actual performance,which is not conducive to the development of digital abilities of middle school students and is likely to lead to disconnection between digital literacy of middle school students and level of social development.Thus it is not possible to put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the digital literacy of middle school students.Whether there is a difference between self-perception and actual performance of digital literacy among middle school students should be based on actual research to make some real and effective data analysis.Therefore,this paper explores the self-perception ability and performance of digital task of middle school students through literature survey and behavior observation,and further analyzes the correlation between the two.The purpose is to fully and truly reflect the digital literacy of middle school students through activity measurements.The research is based on the digital literacy framework proposed by Professor Yoram Eshet-Kalai.By analyzing the existing domestic and foreign literature and research status,combining the relevant theories of digital literacy,and using the information technology classroom as carrier to investigate the current situation of digital literacy for middle school students in Tianjin.The survey involves five aspects,which are picture-visual thinking,regenerative thinking,branching thinking,information thinking and social-emotional thinking.Respondents are "digital indigenous" who were born after 2000.The results showed that only a few students' self-perception was positively correlated with their actual performance.In general,students show high confidence in their level of digital literacy and overestimate their actual abilities.From actual performance in the overall ability of digital literacy,high school students are better than that of junior school students,and girls are doing better than that boys.Based on the results of the survey,the author thoroughly explores and analyzes the current comprehensive level of digital ability of middle school students,the existing problems and the reasons for the problems,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,with a view to provide reference for the research of middle school students' digital literacy.
