Under the digital environment,how digital technologies and the Internet can improve the quality of learning and living,including writing papers,creating multimedia presentations,and publishing online or other people’s information online are all part of daily life.All these activities require different levels of digital literacy..Many countries,such as Australia,New Zealand,the United Kingdom,and the United States,have recognized the importance of digital literacy in today’s era.They believe that digital literacy is an important cornerstone of their digital economic strategy and that digital literacy education is being implemented in all areas including higher education.Exploration and research.In this paper,based on the review of the development status of digital literacy research at home and abroad,including the background and development history,the concepts and connotations of digital literacy are discussed,and the digital literacy seven-column model,NMC model,EU research model are discussed.Other classic research models are summarized and integrated to refine the commonalities among the models.Based on the above theories,combined with knowledge management theory,a digital literacy model based on knowledge management and a digital literacy assessment system for college students are proposed.The system evaluates the digital literacy status of college students from four aspects,three dimensions,and 25 performance indicators.According to the evaluation system,an empirical survey was conducted on the status of digital literacy among Shanghai university students through questionnaires.The survey targets 1056 undergraduate students at 15 universities in Shanghai.The investigation involved digital awareness,digital attitude,digital thinking,and figures.Skills and other face to face,using SPSS,EXCEL and other statistical software for comparative research and statistical analysis of the survey results,respectively from the external causes and internal causes of two levels of analysis of the causes of digital literacy in Shanghai universities.Finally,based on the evaluation results of college students’ digital literacy status,this topic puts forward strategies and suggestions for developing effective digital literacy education on the basis of learning from foreign experience. |
