| With the development and opening up of the Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt and the comprehensive reform of the new type of industrialization in the Shenyang Economic Zone rising into a national strategy,the revitalization and development of Shenyang has already stood at a new historical starting point,it is important and urgent to introduce and train a large contingent of high-level talents for the development of Shenyang,but it is also a bottleneck problem that has been plaguing the development of Shenyang.Based on this contradictory point,this paper studies the problem of high-level talent management in Shenyang.Based on the theories of human capital,demand hierarchy and humanism,this paper takes the high-level talents in Shenyang as the object,standing on the shoulders of those who came before,and begins with the summary of high-level talents management at home and abroad,literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey were used,this paper investigates and understands the current situation of high-level talents in Shenyang,this paper analyzes and proves the problems and causes of Shenyang's high-level talent management in the aspects of talent structure layout,training management and evaluation system,and combines the experience and practices of Guangzhou,Nanjing,Tianjin,Hangzhou,etc.,furthermore,it puts forward to strengthen the overall planning of the introduction of high-level talents,strengthen the importance of the management of high-level talents,perfect the management system of high-level talents,and renew the thinking of high-level talents management,five strategies for improving the hardware and software environment to address the problem of high-level talent management inShenyang.The strategies studied in this paper can improve the level of Shenyang's high-level talent management,make the role of high-level talent play in place,and provide talent security and intellectual support for the revitalization of the Northeast old industrial base. |
