The scientific research activities held in kindergartens can effectively improve the quality of kindergarten education and teaching,and then affect the development of the park,and also have a certain impact on the development of preschool teachers.Reducing the organizational silence of teachers has a profound impact.Based on the research of teachers' " organizational silence " in kindergarten teaching and research activities,which distributed 450 copies in total.After the questionnaire was recovered,the spss20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Secondly,self-compiled "teachers in kindergarten teaching and research activities" organization silence "related questions interview outline" to kindergarten teachers,leaders and other semi-structured interviews,to further explore the current situation of preschool teachers in teaching and research activities organization silence and influencing factors.The results show that:1.The overall effect of teaching and research in kindergartens is better,but the phenomenon of teachers' organization silence in kindergarten teaching and research activities exists as a whole.2.The level of teachers' " organizational silence " in kindergarten teaching and research activities is different in different demographic variables :(1)organizational silence in preschool teachers' teaching and research activities exists in teachers' teaching age and its significant difference(2)organizational silence in preschool teachers' teaching and research activities is extremely significant in teachers' posts.(3)The organizational silence in preschool teachers' teaching and research activities has significant differences in preschool teachers' academic qualifications.(4)There is no significant difference in the nature of the garden in organizational silence in preschool teachers' teaching and research activities.3.The influence factors of teachers' organization silence in kindergarten teaching and research activities:(1)the organizational factors of teaching and research cansignificantly affect the teaching and research content,teaching and research process and teaching and research guarantee in the silence of preschool teachers' teaching and research organizations.(2)The factors of teaching and research members can significantly affect the teaching and research content,teaching and research process and teaching and research guarantee in the silence of preschool teachers' teaching and research organizations.(3)The individual characteristic factors can significantly influence the teaching and research content,teaching and research form,teaching and research process and teaching and research guarantee in the silence of preschool teachers' teaching and research organizations.(4)Social and cultural factors can significantly influence the content and form of teaching and research in the silence of preschool teachers' teaching and research organizations teaching and research process and teaching and research guarantee.(5)There is no significant difference between the teaching and research leading factors and the teaching and research contents,the teaching and research forms,the teaching and research process and the guarantee of teaching and research in the silence of the preschool teachers' teaching and research organizations.According to the above results,the researchers put forward three suggestions and countermeasures to change the management from kindergarten to kindergarten,optimize the management team of kindergarten teaching and research,and improve the personal accomplishment of preschool teachers...
