Rousseau was a great French educator and enlightenment thinker in the eighteenth century.The enlightenment movement he led greatly improved people's consciousness in that particular historical period.The author learned from studying "Amy" and Rousseau's other works that the education he advocates is aimed at the comprehensive and coordinated development of students,and pays attention to education that conforms to the law of physical and mental development of students.In particular,his moral education idea is to cultivate "moral people" as the ultimate goal,that is,to cultivate moral citizens who have good feelings,understand the relationship between individuals and society,and clarify the connection between personal destiny and national destiny.This not only meets the requirements of the education of "establishing morality",but also has a certain reference significance and enlightenment for the development of our school's moral education and the development of moral and law courses.This thesis discusses the inspiration of Rousseau's moral education thoughts on morals and rule of law from five aspects.The first chapter of this article introduces the research background of the thesis,the theoretical and practical significance of the thesis research,the relevant research summary of Rousseau's moral education thought at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and innovations of the thesis,and establishes the research direction of the thesis;The second chapter defines the relevant concepts of morality and the rule of law and Rousseau's moral education ideas,and expounds the theoretical basis and sources of the research in this thesis,and further analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the morality and rule of law lessons from Rousseau's moral education;In the third chapter,it discusses the reference content of the moral and legal courses to Rousseau's moral education ideas,which is specifically reflected in the content and implementation of the curriculum."Four items;In chapter four,we mainly discussed the reference positions of the moral and rule of law lessons on Rousseau's moral education ideas from the three aspects of the stage of" fragmentation "," class theory of the rich and the poor ",and gender" inequality " In the process of reference,avoid the problems in Rousseau's moral education;The fifth chapter analyzes and discusses the enlightenment of Rousseau's moral education thoughts on morality and the rule oflaw,combined with the current "moralization" and "life-oriented" concepts of moral education in schools.The method was analyzed and demonstrated,and the enlightenment effect of Rousseau's moral education thought on moral and rule of law courses was interpreted in a more in-depth way.It is expected to promote the development of moral and rule of law courses,so as to implement the quality education and realize Educational goals,and respond to the national call for"improving the moral qualities of all people."...
