Study On Influence Factors Of University Students' Concept Of Aged Care

With the aggravation of the aging trend,the problem of supporting old people has been paid more and more attention by the people and the society.Although the state has issued a series of policies and regulations on pension security to promote the overall release of social pension demand,family supporting is still a popular choice for people due to the influence of traditional family supporting consciousness and the lack of social supporting old people awareness,and people's acceptance of social supporting the elderly is relatively low.The contemporary college students who grew up under the family planning policy are different from the previous multi-child families and can share the supporting the elderly pressure with multiple brothers and sisters.The trend of fewer children in the family makes the number of the elderly to be raised in this generation increase and the supporting old age pressure increases.At the same time,the rapid change of social structure,the change of fertility concept,the reduction of family size,and the weakening of family endowment function all prompt contemporary people to change their endowment concept and make reasonable choices.Contemporary college students as the backbone of the future society development and the main force of the future pension,their attitudes and perceptions of pension is not only related to the elderly quality of life,their parents also is related to their future in later life,but also affects the establishment of pension system,which influence the development state of pension regulation and arrangement,therefore,in contemporary college students,for the target group,to study their concept of pension of our country changing the concept of pension,promote the development of pension services has the vital significance.Based on the college students as the research object,mainly through the study of an empirical investigation of the provincial key universities in anhui province,through the form of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis was used to study the contemporary college students' expectations for his future endowment way,perceptions of parents care and understanding of the pension information and policy level,at the same time to explore education,gender,household registration,number of siblings,the basic variables such as household income on college students' self care expected attitude endowment mode selection,the influence of their parents and using ordered probit model for regression analysis.The results show that most of the students still prefer to support themselves at home,and college students have a strongsense of supporting themselves.In the choice of the way of providing for the aged by parents,college students think that children should take the main responsibility in providing for the aged,and they have a low acceptance of institutional pension.Contemporary college students do not pay enough attention to the pension problem and know little about the policy.Household registration,family income,number of siblings and other independent variables have no significant impact on the choice of pension mode.Education,gender and mother's education level have a significant impact on the choice of pension mode for college students.Female college students are more inclined to social pension;The higher the mother's degree,the more likely college students are to support the elderly.In today's society,an ageing population is growing family supportion in the future for a period of time is still a popular choice,but family endowment to social endowment trend is the development trend of China's pension,therefore,on the one hand,to give full play to the education of the pension cultural change function,strengthen college students' sense of social endowment makes endowment concept to adapt to the change of social change.On the other hand,we should build satisfactory home-based and community old-age care services,give full play to the complementary role of institutional old-age care services,and improve the public's trust and satisfaction in socialized old-age care.Strengthen the top-level design of "wisdom + elderly care services",so as to improve the quality of social elderly care services,meet people's multi-level and diversified needs for elderly care,so that people can have more choices for elderly care,relieve the pressure of elderly care,and change the current situation of elderly care.
