As time go,advanced science and technology continue to emerge.The field of education is influenced by this technological trend.They are walking on the path of integration and more and more are applying science and technology to education.If a country want to be more power that must strengthen education firstly.However,in order to strengthen education must strengthen teachers firstly.That is the strategic goal of national development.Thus it can be seen the development of teacher education is particularly important.The cultivation of normal students is the only way for the development of teacher education.As a traditional teaching method for normal students in colleges and universities,microteaching is a common and effective method.With the renewal of hardware devices and network technologies,a brand new system: the direct recording and broadcasting system in the classroom has emerged,which has brought about breakthroughs in bottlenecks in teaching and learning of normal students and brought about new changes and developments.The research work of this research mainly starts with the analysis of current situation,the construction of the direct recording and broadcasting system in the classroom and the construction of microteaching integration mode,the application of modes,the evaluation of results,and the induction and summary.With performance theory and training evaluation theory as research methodology to guide practice,the concrete implementation work should be further carried out under the framework of its methodology.Under the guidance of three theories of constructivism learning theory,situational learning theory and skill transfer theory,we design and develop microteaching training and learning resources,including teaching activities,teaching evaluation,and application mode.It is that meet the requirements of subject teaching and students' needs.In the course of implementation,the author mainly uses interview,questionnaire,observation,quasi-experimental research and content analysis method to collect and analyze the whole microteaching training process.Using the scientific and effective data analysis method,the application effect of microteaching and application mode of recording and broadcasting system was verified.The results of the experimental data show that under the mode of skill training,the normal students have improved their teaching skills,teaching design and teaching ability of reflection,and the training in this mode is more conducive to the training of normal education and teaching major and their own professionalism.The direct recording and broadcasting system in the classroom provides an ecological environment for each training session in microteaching,which makes each link closely linked and has a virtuous circle of development,and further solved the current problems such as incomplete guidance,not timely feedback,insufficient class hours and lack of learning resources.It is not only prompts the current microteaching research to a higher level,but also makes the development of teacher education more systematic and provides a good practice reference and guidance for the development of teacher education.
