Microteaching is a common and effective way to train normal students in normal universities.However,when Microteaching in schools,the teaching scene is single and the mode is simple due to the limitations of training grounds,equipment and time.With the continuous development of virtual reality technology,the simulation degree of virtual environment is higher and higher.With the unique characteristics of immersion,imagination and interaction,VR training has gradually attracted attention in the field of education,which also provides a new way and idea to solve the problems in traditional micro training.Aiming at the problems that can not be solved in traditional microteaching,this study analyzes the needs of users through investigation,carries out functional design,and designs and develops a virtual microteaching training system by using virtual reality technology.The system supports normal students to carry out normal simulation teaching activities,and can provide virtual classrooms with different scenes and virtual students of different ages.It supports diversified classroom management scenes and comprehensive recording and analysis of teaching process data.In order to explore the feasibility and effect of the system applied to the Microteaching of normal students,this study applies the virtual training system to the Microteaching practice.Combined with the actual requirements of microteaching,a quasi experimental scheme for the comparison between virtual training and real training is designed.The experiment selects two parallel classes as the experimental objects and carries out a 13 week control experiment.Through questionnaire,interview and scoring,the experimental data were collected and statistically analyzed,and the following research conclusions were drawn:(1)Compared with the traditional micro training,the virtual micro training system can help the students in the experimental class more effectively improve the teachers’ sense of self-efficacy,especially the sense of application efficacy of teaching skills and strategies and the sense of classroom management efficacy.(2)Compared with the control class,the use of virtual micro training system does not significantly improve the overall level of teaching skills of the subjects in the experimental class,but the experimental class has been significantly improved in the sub dimensions of questioning,voice and presentation skills,and the ending skills have also been improved to a certain extent.(3)Learners can have a high flow experience when using the virtual micro training system,but the scene fidelity and the sense of experience of the equipment still need to be improved.
