Microteaching is designed for students of normal university teaching skills training, is a required course of students to master the teaching skill. There are many researchs about teaching mode of microteaching, teaching skill categories, building of micro classrooms. With the continuous improvement of teachers’ quality requirements, the problems in the process of microteaching are becoming more and more outstanding. Starting from the microteaching present situation investigation, this study start to investigate the status quo from the micro-teaching instructor, teacher students and administrators microteaching three angles, and to statistical analysis of the collected data. On the basis of the microteaching present situation investigation, this study classifying the microteaching problems and cause analysis, and finally put forward countermeasures against the problem is the main content of this study.The paper is divided into six chaptersChapter 1:Introduced the research background, the purpose and significance, the research content and the method of this study, the status on microteaching at home and abroad.Chapter 2: Firstly introduces the concepts and characteristics of microteaching, and then the concept of the teaching skill, and introduces the classification and the training process, mainly expounds the theoretical basis of this study.Chapter 3:First, briefly described the microteaching system and the microteaching training rooms of Central China Normal University.Then discussed the micro teaching present situation investigation of Central China Normal University, including the selection of subjects, survey content of the survey, the results of the questionnaire analysis, analysis of the interview situation, and investigation summary.Chapter 4: Mainly elaborated the microteaching problems and cause analysis, these problems appear in three stages:the preparation phase before training, practice stage, feedback stage after the practice.Chapter 5:For different stages of micro-teaching problems, we propose appropriate countermeasures, including countermeasures of the preparation phase before training, countermeasures of practice stage, countermeasures of feedback stage after the practice.Chapter 6:Summarize the entire research process, and reflect the lack of the research. Finally, we look forward to the prospects of the future research.
