With the popularity of hockey sports in China, the Chinese Hockey Association stipulates in the sports competition system that young people need to be age-restricted to participate in any competition. Its purpose is to ensure that each participant has equal opportunities for selection, training, competition and success.Age issues are involved in hockey competitions, selection and training of athletes. Therefore, our coaches will focus on selecting athletes with obvious advantages in sports skills and athletic ability in the same age group. The thesis uses literature data method, measurement method and mathematical statistics to analyze the current status of the relative age of 2687 hockey players in different genders and stages in China, and the correlation between the relative age and athletic ability of juvenile hockey players.,The research objects are: 1,832 young children athletes participating in the national U10,U12,U15 and U18 competitions in 2017 and 2018;275athletes participating in the 2018 National Youth Championship;participating in the 2017 Chinese hockey National Games, championships and championship cups 580 adult athletes.Research result:1.China 's juvenile hockey players accounted for the largest percentage of births in the fourth quarter of the month, with 28.6% for men and 28.0% for women, the lowest for men in the third quarter(21.0%),and the lowest for women in the second quarter(22.0%);the young men 's hockey male athletes accounted for the largest percentage in the second quarter(31.2%),the third quarter accounted for the lowest proportion(19.8%),and the young women 's hockey female athletes accounted for the largest proportion(27.8%)in the first quarter The fourth quarter accounted for the least percentage(21.3%);hockey adult athletes accounted for the largest percentage in the first quarter,31.2% for men and 28.7%for women, and the lowest percentage for men in the third quarter(19.0%).The smallest proportion(19.2%).2.There are very significant differences between the numbers and relative ages of Chinese hockey male athletes,Chinese U10,U15 and adult groups in each quarter(p(27)0.01);there are no differences between the quarterly numbers and relative ages in other groups(P(29)0.05).There are very significant differences between the numbers and relative ages of the U10,U12,and U18 groups in China's juvenile girls(p(27)0.01).There were no differences between the quarterly numbers and relative ages in the other groups(p(29)0.05).3.The correlation coefficient between U10 athletes who were born in 2008 and their relative age was 0.43(p(27)0.01),showing a very significant low-level positive correlation. The correlation coefficient between them is-0.50(p(27)0.01),which is a moderately negative correlation with very significant significance. The correlation coefficient between "push ball" and relative age is 0.34(p(27)0.05),which is a significant low-level positive correlation.Correlation;the correlation coefficient between U12 athletes born in 2007 and “relaxing the ball in place” is 0.29(p(27)0.05),showing a significant low-level positive correlation, between“dribbling around the bar” and relative age The correlation coefficient is-0.31(p(27)0.05),showing a significant low-level negative correlation;the correlation coefficient between the"combined technology" of U15 athletes born in 2003 and the relative age is-0.34(p(27)0.05),showing Significant low-level negative correlation. The correlation coefficient between athletes who were born in 2004 and “pick high ball” and relative age was 0.33(p(27)0.05),showing a significant low-level positive correlation;U18 athletes born in 2001 were “three Ten Meter Run "and the opposite A negative correlation between the age of correlation coefficient-0.26(p(27)0.05),showed a significant low.4.The correlation coefficient between the "in-situ pull ball" and the relative age of the U10 athletes born in 2008 is 0.33(p(27)0.05),which is a significant low-level positive correlation. The correlation coefficient between "" and the relative age is-0.41(p(27)0.01),which is a very low-level negative correlation. The correlation coefficient between "fixed long jump" and the relative age is 0.39(p(27)0.01),which is very negative.Significant low-level positive correlation, the correlation coefficient between "800-meter race" and relative age is-0.31(p(27)0.05),showing a significant low-level negative correlation;U15athletes born in 2003,"under defense The correlation coefficient between "stick" and relative age is 0.35(p(27)0.01),which is a very significant low-level positive correlation. The correlation coefficient between the "born under the bat" and the relative age of athletes born in 2005 is-0.34(p(27)0.05),showing a significant low-level negative correlation.Analysis conclusion:1.The distribution of the number and relative age of hockey players between different gender quarters in China is uneven. The number of male athletes in China in the third quarter is the smallest, and the number of children, youth and adults is the fourth quarter, the second quarter and the first quarter respectively.First quarter. The number of women athletes in China was the smallest in the fourth quarter, the number of children was the largest in the fourth quarter, the number of youth and adults was the highest in the first quarter, and the number was the smallest in the fourth quarter. There were more people in the first half than in the second half, with 1398 in the first half and 1289 in the second half.2.The older the hockey men 's players in China are,the more different there is between the relative ages. The younger the hockey women 's players in China are,the more the relative age is different.3.In the correlation between the relative age and athletic ability of Chinese children's hockey players, men are concentrated in the athletic ability with the ball, but women are concentrated in the athletic ability without the ball.
