Research On The Comprehensive Development Of Ability And Quality Of Poor Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

In our country,in recent years,higher vocational colleges occupy half of the country colleges and univesties,and the proportion of poor students in higher vocational education has gradually increased.This article specifically refers to the ability and quality of the poor students.Under the background of poverty alleviation and building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is particularly important to develop the ability and quality of poor students in higher vocational education.Unlike ordinary college students,most of them are self-enclosed,have little interpersonal interaction,and have long been pessimistic and disappointed.They are under great pressure.On the basis of analyzing and summing up the existing problems and educational status quo of the students 'ability quality in higher vocational education,this paper uses Marx's comprehensive development theory as a tool,and takes Liuzhou L Vocational College as a case study.This paper analyzes the current situation of education and the problems existing in the comprehensive development of the ability and quality of the poor students in higher vocational education,and then puts forward the countermeasures for improving and optimizing.This study takes the quality of students 'ability in Liuzhou L Vocational College as the research object,and analyzes and combs the problems and deficiencies in the quality and overall development of students' ability in higher vocational education from four aspects: willpower,innovation ability,practical ability and interpersonal processing ability.The reasons are analyzed and countermeasures are put forward.After literature reading and investigation visits,combined with thinking in the work,The author found that the main reasons for these problems are that the higher vocational education concept needs to be improved,the innovative thinking cultivation of the students who built the poor is ignored,the practical education of the students who built the poor is lacking,and the mental health education is neglected.And under the framework of the comprehensive development theory of Marx,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the all-round development of the ability quality of poor students in higher vocational education.That is,we must further strengthen the quality education concept to enrich the education content of the higher vocational education poor students,to teach the higher vocational education poor students according to their talents,to pay attention to the practice education and mental health education of the higher vocational education poor students and other optimal countermeasures.This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the all-round development of the ability quality of students in higher vocational education,which is of great significance to the improvement of the level of education of the ability quality of poor students in vocational education.It is also very realistic to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty and help the education and poverty alleviation to achieve an all-round well-off.
