Family background is an important factor that influences educational attainment, and there are certain differences between individual genders and regions.Starting from family economic capital, this paper tries to analyze the influence mechanism of family background on individual education acquisition, especially rural children's education acquisition.Based on the data of Chinese Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2014,a linear regression model was constructed to explore the influence of family economic capital on individual education acquisition.Respectively from the net income of the family, family per capita net income, operating income and property income, transfer income, wage income by several aspects to measure the family economic capital, and the introduction of gender, family economic capital and sample areas of interaction, the family economic capital of individual education get sex differences and regional differences. The conclusion shows that the per capita family net income, wage income and individual education years are significantly positive correlation. On the contrary, the rural family's operating income, transfer income and other income have a significant negative correlation with the rural children's education. There is a negative correlation between personal health status and the highest educational level, but it is not statistically significant. There is a significant positive correlation between intelligence level and the highest educational level. The results of robustness test showed that cash and total savings of rural families were significantly positively correlated with their children's education, and family medical care expenditure was negatively correlated with their children's education.By introducing interactive items,it can be found that: the influence of per capita family net income on male's highest education level is 0.171 units higher than that of female.Among the three regions in the east and Midwest, the influence of per capita family net income on the highest academic level is most significant in the eastern region, followed by the central region and the western region. Finally, some constructive Suggestions are put forward.
