OBJECTIVE: To compare the bone mineral density and its causes of deaf-mute juveniles and normal adolescents in Fujian Province, and to explore the similarities and differences between the two groups,so as to understand the bone mineral density and related influencing factors of deaf-mute juveniles.Relevant government departments provide reference for decision-making to improve the bone mineral density of deaf-mute and promote their health level, contribute to the formulation of physical health standards for deaf-mute people, realize equal treatment of education and special education, and promote social harmony and stability..Methods: The research used literature, field survey, mathematical statistics and other related research methods. In Fujian Province,374 deaf-mute teenagers and 600 normal teenagers in five districts of the east, west, north and south of the province were studied. The bone mineral density levels were compared and the relevant influencing factors affecting the bone mineral density of deaf-mute juveniles were analyzed.Result:1.The law of bone mineral density development of deaf-mute juveniles and normal adolescents is basically the same, and both are positively developing.2.The proportion of “low bone density” in deaf-mute females is significantly higher than that of normal female teenagers.3.The bone mineral density of deaf-mute and normal adolescents in all age groups was significantly higher than that of men.4.In the two groups of deaf-mute and normal adolescents, the “low bone density” population is younger.5.The current status of juvenile bone mineral density in Fujian Province is geographically different. The bone mineral density of juveniles in central and southern Yunnan is significantly higher than that in the eastern and western regions.6.There is a significant correlation between bone mineral density and age in deaf-mute and normal adolescents.7.The height of deaf-mute boys and the proportion of people who insist on calcium supplementation for more than half a year are significantly lower than that of normal boys and young boys;the proportion of deaf-mute boys who drink carbonated drinks, exercise outside of physical education, and sleep more than 8 hours a day is significantly higher.Normal male boy.8.The height of deaf-mute female teenagers and the proportion of people who insist on calcium supplementation for more than half a year are significantly lower than those of normal female teenagers;the proportion of deaf-mute female teenagers who drink carbonated drinks and sleep more than 8 hours a day is significantly higher than that of normal female teenagers.Conclusion:1.The normal low-density density of female teenagers is better than that of deaf-mute females.2.Deaf-mute juveniles have better bone mineral density than males3.The factors that negatively affect the bone mineral density of deaf-mute teenagers are:(1)The height of a deaf-mute teenager is lower than that of a normal boy(2)The proportion of people who have supplemented calcium for more than half a year is lower than that of normal teenagers(3)The proportion of people drinking carbonated drinks is higher than that of normal teenagers4.The factors that positively affect the bone mineral density of deaf-mute teenagers are:(1)The proportion of deaf-mute teenagers who exercise extracurricularly is higher than that of normal teenagers.(2)The proportion of deaf-mute teenagers who have enough sleep is higher than that of normal teenagers.
