Chemistry Curriculum Standard for Senior High School(2017 Edition)gives a comprehensive explanation on the cultivation and evaluation of chemistry core literacy,but how to teach and evaluate it is a hot and difficult research topic at present.The research according to the academic quality standard of discipline core accomplishment,selects the scientific inquiry literacy of chemistry discipline to carry on the evaluation research.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research,according to the evaluation requirements of curriculum standards,the evaluation framework is established.Based on inquiry activities,the framework constructs five core elements of scientific inquiry,each of which has four different levels.The comprehensive level of five core elements represents the content elements of scientific inquiry literacy,and four different levels represent the development level elements of literacy.Combined with the common evaluation objectives in chemistry teaching to determine the detailed rules of evaluation indicators for each element,the evaluation indicators were correlated with the four levels of academic quality standards,and the scientific inquiry literacy evaluation scale was finally determined.It provides a research demonstration for the development of the scale of core literacy evaluation.In order to study the application strategy of the scale,this study designed an empirical research scheme using the Scientific Inquiry Literacy Assessment scale,and introduced the role of the Scientific Inquiry Literacy Assessment scale in the evaluation of daily learning.It also explains the ideas,framework,principles and strategies of test design based on the evaluation scale,and provide a methodological demonstration for the evaluation of core literacy.In order to study the applicability of the scale.This study also carried out two empirical studies.One is the survey of literacy evaluation,the author compiled a set of test tools to test some of the senior high school freshman in Xiamen.Which analyzes the development of each element of scientific inquiry literacy of senior high school freshman,and investigates the experimental teaching situation of the samples to understand the students' experience of inquiry activities and puts forward some suggestions based on the students' literacy development level.Second,the chemical "scientific inquiry" literacy evaluation scale was used to analyze the "Chemistry Examination Questions for Quality Inspection of Senior Grade One in the First Semester of the 2018-2019 Academic Year in Xiamen",introduces the method of encoding test questions according to the evaluation scale,and through the analysis of the test results,we can understand the development of scientific inquiry literacy of the senior high school freshman in Xiamen.It provides a reference for the cultivation and quality analysis of regional scientific inquiry literacy,and provides a model case for the evaluation of regional or school core literacy.Taking the core literacy of "scientific inquiry" in chemistry as an example,this study provides scale research,empirical research and empirical analysis demonstration,provides demonstration for the evaluation of core literacy in various disciplines.
