Experiments are the basis of chemistry,one of the main contents of chemistry learning,and also an important means of chemistry teaching."General Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" clearly put forward five core chemical literacy,and for the first time,it made a detailed description of the scientific inquiry part.The main form of scientific inquiry in chemistry is experiment.Obviously,the importance of chemical experiment has been raised to a new level.Although it is generally recognized that experiments are very important,in the actual teaching process,due to the limitations of various conditions,chemical experiment teaching seems unsatisfactory.First,in terms of teaching,although the importance of experiment is emphasized both in the competent department of education and in the middle school classroom,the situation of chemical experiment teaching is unsatisfactory.The second,in terms of evaluation,the current evaluation of experimental teaching methods are very limited,in addition to the traditional paper test,it is difficult to have other appropriate evaluation method.Based on the background mentioned above,this paper investigates chemical experimental teaching with different methods from the perspective of scientific inquiry core literacy.In view of the high school chemistry experiment content is too many to complete the investigation and analysis,this paper chooses the part of "Elemental Compounds" which has more experiments and has a certain representativeness to study.The whole paper is divided into the following five parts.The first part is the introduction,from the angle of scientific inquiry and experimental teaching,it expounds the research background and the current situation of research at home and abroad,lays a good theoretical foundation for the whole research.At the same time,it explains the content,significance and method of the research,and combs the research ideas of the whole article.The second part is the investigation and research,firstly,the curriculum standard and experimental materials are sorted out,then,starting from scientific inquiry literacy,a large number of experimental teaching cases are investigated and analyzed in detail by questionnaire,scale and case analysis.The third part is the data collation,summarizes the large amount of survey data obtained in the second part,and pave the way for the fourth part.The fourth part is about problems,countermeasures and teaching practice.It integrates the previous research results,finds out the problems existing in experimental teaching,puts forward corresponding improvement strategies,and carries out simple teaching practice with the strategies proposed in this paper.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook of the study,summarizes the content of this study,and points out the shortcomings of this study and the areas that need to be improved in the future.
