Counselors are the first line of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,which plays a vital role in the ideological and political education of college students.The level of performance will affect the construction of the team of counselors,establish a scientific,advanced performance appraisal system and effectively organize and implement,whether it is the daily education management of the school,or the development of students and counselors themselves have very important strategic significance.To carry out scientific performance appraisal of the work of counselors,we should establish an effective performance evaluation system,on the basis of grasping the principle and clear connotation,we need to establish a scientific standard,with an operable index system,and form a scientific performance appraisal system,so as to point out the direction of the counselor's work.It is of great significance to establish a perfect performance appraisal system,on the one hand,it can help to maximize the enthusiasm of counselors,improve their work efficiency,and can also promote counselors to carry out students' work scientifically.On the other hand,while promoting the development of students,it is also possible to tap the individual potential of counselors and promote the professional ability of counselors.Many scholars believe that the level of work performance of counselors directly affects the performance of higher vocational schools,research in the post of senior vocational counselors,understand the reality of their performance appraisal,and analyze the problems and causes of performance appraisal,so as to improve the scientific performance appraisal system of higher vocational counselors to provide a theoretical basis,It also provides practical support for the performance reform of counselors in higher vocational colleges.At present,to strengthen the team construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges,the difficult problem that needs to be solved is how to carry out effective performance appraisal of the actual work of counselors,and play a positive role in promoting the construction of the team of counselors.This study selected the counselors of Chengdu higher vocational colleges as the target group,carried out investigation on the performance appraisal of their higher vocational colleges,and made some positive explorations on the theoretical research of the scientific performance appraisal management of contemporary vocational counselors by discovering problems and proposing countermeasures.The questionnaire survey and interview in this study are all selected by the first-line counselors and the heads of the student engineering team of Chengdu higher vocational colleges.According to the research needs,the "Chengdu Higher Vocational College Counselor Performance Assessment Investigation Questionnaire" and Chengdu Higher Vocational College Counselor's Performance Assessment Survey Interview Outline,the questionnaire and interview mainly for counselors and students related to the school counselor performance management method,performance appraisal goal setting,performance monitoring and evaluation,performance monitoring and evaluation,The results feedback of performance appraisal,the application of performance appraisal results in performance management,evaluation and supervision of performance appraisal process are investigated,from the macro-policy aspects of education authorities,personal factors led by relevant departments of institutions,process control of performance appraisal,performance management supervision and feedback mechanism,Performance appraisal results in performance management and other five factors for data analysis,after investigation and research found that: Chengdu higher vocational college counselors to the school performance appraisal implementation management of the overall satisfaction is not high,the performance appraisal of each school counselor sequinning the degree of system improvement,policy implementation efforts are different,There are problems such as the lack of performance appraisal results and feedback mechanism,the insufficient application of performance appraisal results in performance management,and the insufficient incentive mechanism of performance appraisal.According to the above conclusions,this paper mainly from the government departments of macro-policy guidance and performance system framework construction,the construction and improvement of school administrative system,performance process control,mass evaluation feedback and supervision and other aspects of hope that the government to strengthen policy leadership,schools to strengthen the performance appraisal process control,the implementation of people-oriented management principles,School departments and counselors clear role positioning and other aspects to promote Chengdu higher vocational colleges counselor performance assessment scientific management,help the school more effectively carry out student work,promote the development of students at the same time,promote the development of counselors themselves,and ultimately improve the level of higher vocational colleges.
