Running schools by group in compulsory education is initiated and led by core school,and is coordinated by the central government and the local government.Each school in group are in a same community based on the common school philosophy and regulations.For the past few years,group-based schooling in the compulsory education has expanded the supply of high-quality education resources in China on account of its great advancement.However,related policies and theoretical researches from both governments and schools failed to follow up these schools' rapid development and to address some subsequent problems.In order to study the competitiveness of the grouping schools,establish an evaluation index system of influencing factors,and give an evaluation method that can quantify the influence,this article summarizes the relevant literature on running schools by means of collectivization and schools' competitiveness,analyzes the development of group-based schools in China.This paper,likewise,interviews with two group-running schools with different modes of running schools through establishing interviews according to the impact of school's competitiveness and combining impact indicators on a member school X under an education group.The main research content is as follow:The first part is the introduction,including the research background,reasons of the research,the purpose and significance of the research.By sorting out and summarizing literature on group-running schools as well as schools' competitiveness,this part will define the core concepts,and introduce the contents and research methods of this article.The second part summarizes the history and status quo of the development of Chinese grouped schools,and analyzes the causes,developing conditions and related policies.Combined with the interviews of two schools' principals under the educational groups of two different modes of running schools,the analysis of the factors influencing these school's competitiveness was carried out.Based on the evaluation index system of schools' competitiveness and the various evaluation criteria issued by the government and the existing schools' competitiveness index system,and with the help of 20 experts and 50 scholars in the “Summit of Future Basic Education in Group-Based Schooling 2017 ”,the third part,the evaluation index system of the impact of compulsory education collectivization on school competitiveness.The Delphi method was used to screen out the indicators of the impact of grouping schools on school competitiveness.According to the comparison of 20 management personnel of the group-organizing schools and combined the analytic hierarchy process,it is advisable to reach the weight of the group-running schools on the schools' competitiveness.The fourth part uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the group-based running system.Selecting a member school X under an education group as a case,these part uses a questionnaire to investigate 15 school leaders,and conducts a result based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Moreover,the rationality of the evaluation index system and the feasibility of the evaluation method were verified.The evaluation results show that the degree of influence of the group running school on the competitiveness of the X school is very strong and strong,and the impact of the group running school is mainly reflected efficiency of management and school's reputation in X school.
