| Influenced by the current educational system,school parents believe that the basis and index of students' academic performance is their academic performance.In order to improve students' academic performance and competitive advantage in exams,school parents do not hesitate to take up students' spare time for rest,exercise and entertainment.This not only increases students' study pressure,and causes psychological problems such as sensitivity and vulnerability,but also causes health problems such as obesity,anxiety,myopia and other health problems of students because they occupy time for exercise and entertainment.Of the compulsory education law promulgated in 2006 specified in the primary and secondary schools to implement quality education,the means to make a comprehensive physical and mental development of primary and middle school students,including the development of intellectual education and intellectual education development,but at the moment whether teachers or family or will focus on the development of intellectual education,on the development of non intellectual factors of emotional intelligence is not valued.People with high emotional intelligence understand themselves correctly,control their emotions and interact well with others.Primary school is a critical period for developing emotional intelligence,but according to the research,we found that the current research on the emotional intelligence of primary school students is insufficient,only by grasping this critical period,can students correctly understand themselves,control their emotions,and establish a good foundation for good communication with others.Therefore,the most important thing is to find the balance between physical exercise,emotional intelligence and academic performance.All three are indispensable.Therefore the author hope that through the experimental intervention,to prove that different time of moderate intensity exercise can affect pupils' emotional intelligence and academic achievement,for schools,teachers and the family reasonable allocation of students learning and exercise time,further promote the development of quality education,improve primary school students health of body and mind full scale development.According to the above questions,this study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and expert interview.Using the method of convenient sampling,96 fifth grade primary school students in Shanghai hui min primary school were selected for 12 weeks of moderate intensity exercise intervention at different times.Among them,control group: 31 people,the cumulative time of exercise accounted for 30%-40% of the time of physical education;Experiment group 1:31 students,the cumulative time of exercise accounted for 50% of the time of physical education;Experiment 2 group: 34 students,the accumulated time of exercise accounted for 60% of the PE class time.To explore the influence of moderate intensity physical exercise on the emotional intelligence and academic performance of primary school students,this paper provides theoretical and practical guidance for the research on physical exercise promoting physical and mental health of young people,improving the academic achievement and emotional intelligence of primary school students,and promoting the development of school physical education.Research results:(1)moderate intensity physical exercise at different times had a significant effect on the total scores of emotional intelligence of primary school students(F= 27.90,P=0.000<0.05),and the dimensions of emotional perception(F= 11.419,P=0.036<0.05).It had significant influence on the dimensions of self-emotion regulation(F= 30.814,P=0.000<0.05).There was no significant effect on the emotional regulation dimension of others(F= 0.016,P=0.910>0.05).There was no significant effect on the emotional utilization dimension(F= 1.634,P=0.198>0.05).Moderate intensity physical exercise at different times had a significant effect on the total score of primary school students(F= 0.917,P=0.497>0.05).There were no significant effects on Chinese scores(F= 0.299,P=0.230>0.05),math scores(F= 0.185,P= 0.967>0.05),and English scores(F= 0.586,P= 0.465 >0.05).Research conclusions:(1)moderate intensity physical exercise at different times can improve the emotional intelligence level of primary school students.(2)moderate intensity physical exercise at different time has obvious improvement effects on the two aspects of emotional perception and self-regulation of primary school students;Among them,the cumulative exercise time reaches 50% or above has significant influence,and the improvement effect is best when the cumulative exercise time reaches 60%.(3)moderate physical exercise at different time has no significant effect on the overall academic performance of primary school students;(4)when the cumulative time of moderate intensity physical exercise reaches 60% in physical education,it has certain improvement effect on the out-of-number performance of primary school students,especially the best improvement in English;... |
