| In recent years,the concept and methods of sprint training have undergone important changes,showing scientific and professional characteristics.Various training tools such as resistance umbrella have also been applied to sprint training.In the 100 m,the route running technique has an important influence on the sprinter performance.Applied the resistance umbrella to the running training can improve the athletes’ performance and improve the performance.In this study,16 students of 2018 of Physical Education of Jilin University were divided into experimental group and control group of 8 students.The control group conducted 12 weeks of normal special training 3 times a week;the experimental group conducted 12 weeks of adding resistance umbrella training 3 times a week.Then,the influence of the resistance umbrella training on the sprof of sprinters.The results showed that after 12 weeks of parachute training,the horizontal velocity of center of gravity,step length and lift distance of the experimental group showed significant differences(P<0.01),and the ratio of distance to ejection,distance to front support,step frequency,step time and lift time showed significant characteristics(P<0.05).The step length and stride frequency of the experimental group were greatly improved,and the flight distance was greatly improved,but the flight time was reduced,which made the 100-meter sprint athletes more perfect in the way of running.In the experimental group,there was a significant difference between the hip Angle off the ground and the hip Angle velocity of extension(P<0.05),and the hip Angle off the ground increased significantly.There was significant difference in hip Angle of swinging leg(P<0.05),swinging leg had higher leg lifting and improved the strength of extensor hip muscle group.There were significant differences in hip flexor amplitude and angular velocity(P<0.01),which improved the strength of hip flexor muscle group.The experimental group showed significant differences in knee Angle and average knee Angle velocity(P<0.01).The average knee Angle velocity was larger and the knee muscle group contracted faster,forming a relatively stable supporting force.The knee Angle of swinging knee was significantly different(P<0.05),the knee Angle of swinging knee was decreased,the landing time was reduced,and the angular velocity of swinging leg before hip flexion was accelerated.The minimum knee Angle and knee point horizontal velocity showed significant difference(P<0.01),and the moment of inertia of swinging leg decreased and the swing speed increased.There was a significant difference between the landing ankle Angle and the off-ground ankle Angle of the experimental group(P<0.05),and the landing ankle Angle of the supporting leg decreased and presented a dorsiflexion state,which was conducive to the rapid "picking back" of the calf.The average ankle Angle of swinging leg showed a significant difference(P<0.01),and the ankle joint maintained a larger dorsiflexion,which accelerated the forward swing speed of swinging leg.Advice:,when applying umbrella resistance training should be based on a sprinter’s own actual situation,from small umbrella load resistance training,after a period of time,to add load resistance chute,attaches great importance to the hip,knee and ankle joints of action and the swimmer,in the land,from the ground,and hip and the hip flexion Angle and the amplitude of aspects,such as,fixed on the way to run as far as possible the technical movement,umbrella mix will be the size of the area of resistance,As far as possible to make athletes in the process of running in the process of maximum resistance,enhance the training effect,improve the performance of technical sports running on the road. |
