Research background: There is a lag in the development of children's Fundamental Movement Skills,and Chinese children are no exception.Increasing sedentary time,insufficient physical activity,and increasing obesity problems,such as children's physical and mental health,are clearly visible in domestic cities and rural areas.When comparing the development of physical control skills of foreign children,American children are significantly higher than the level of physical control skills of Chinese children.Sports power is also a performance of power.To some extent,only the Chinese women's volleyball team can compete with the world's strong teams.The miserable performance of the Chinese men's football team at the World Cup poses a challenge to Chinese sports.Researchers have found that effective long-term intervention in Fundamental Movement Skills during childhood can lay a solid foundation for future sports.Developing children's Fundamental Movement Skills is the strategy to strengthen the people,and improving children's material control skills is even more urgent now.Research purpose: To explore the impact of ball training of different sports on the Fundamental Movement Skills of children aged 8-10 years;to explore the changes in the evaluation data of 60 children before and after intervention;to explain the percentage increase in the average value of basic motor sports skills to the dimensions before and after intervention;Analyze the reasons for the significant changes in the data.Improve the physical control skills of the experimental group.Research methods: The literature reviews the literature on Fundamental Movement Skills interventions,summarizes the types of interventions,intervention patterns,and results of the interventions,interviews relevant experts to collect opinions,and designs ball training content.Perform physical fitness tests(height,weight,1-min skipping,seated forward flexion,50-meter running),TGMD-2,and CAMSA assessment in the early stage.Data from the basketball experimental group,football experimental group,and control group in randomized control groups An independent sample T test was performed to find that there was no significant difference in the pretest data.It was determined that the experimental group(basketball experimental group,football experimental group)was subjected to spherical training intervention,and the control group(control group)was not subjected to spherical training.The experimental intervention was conducted from July 1,2019 to August 30,2019,and the intervention was conducted from Monday to Friday,9 am to 10 am,for 8 weeks.Use the camera to record the entire evaluation process,classify the obtained data summary table,perform SPSS combing analysis,use the paired sample T test to compare the levels in the experimental group and the control group before and after,and use the bar chart and the percentage increase of each item in the evaluation before and after the intervention.The table shows that the reasons for data changes were analyzed in conjunction with the intervention content.Research result: 1)Physical fitness test and Fundamental Movement Skills evaluation were performed on the experimental group and the control group before the intervention.There was no significant difference between P> 0.05.(2)The basketball experiment group performs basketball ball training,the football experiment group performs soccer ball training,and the control group does not perform intervention experiments.After 8 weeks of intervention training,the Fundamental Movement Skills were evaluated again.The experimental group was significantly different from the control group in displacement skills,physical control skills,and Fundamental Movement Skills.After the intervention,the changes between the experimental group and the control group were analyzed.The experimental group and the control group showed a significant change P <0.05.The experimental group was better than the control group.The experimental group was better in displacement skills,physical control skills,completion time,time score,and Fundamental Movement Skills The increase of the total score was significantly higher than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of the Fundamental Movement Skills of the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention revealed that the displacement skills,physical control skills,completion time,time score,and total Fundamental Movement Skills scores significantly changed P <0.05,which was better after the intervention than before the intervention.(1)After 8 weeks of intervention in ball training,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in displacement skills.The basketball experimental group improved significantly in running,standing long jump,and forward jump,while the football experimental group improved significantly in single-foot jump,forward slip,and side slip.The control group did not significantly change its displacement skills.(2)After 8 weeks of intervention in ball training,the experimental group had significant differences compared to the control group in physical control skills.The basketball experimental group significantly improved the in-situ slap,received the ball with both hands,and the overhand pitching,while the football experimental group was fixed in kicking and hitting.The ball and ground ball improved significantly,and the control skills of the control group did not change significantly.Basketball ball training has significantly improved material control skills.(3)Football ball training significantly improved the children's Fundamental Movement Skills.The control group's routine fitness courses did not improve the children's Fundamental Movement Skills.(4)The score of the experimental group in the CAMSA evaluation time has a significant change compared with the control group,reflecting the increased sensitivity of children after ball training. |
