In the new era,everyone should adhere to lifelong learning,lifelong learning has become the main way for people to adapt to society and seek development,and the cultivation of independent learning ability is an important guarantee for lifelong learning.In recent years,with the introduction of advanced teaching ideas abroad,the application of independent learning methods in physical education teaching is increasing.Under the influence of the new coronapneumonia epidemic,people can't go out to exercise,equipment fitness as a different sports from other sports,students' equipment fitness learning autonomy training for their home physical exercise has a good role in promoting.This study combines the characteristics of the development of the equipment fitness elective course of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance,uses the independent learning method to carry out teaching experiment research,provides useful reference for the theory and practice of physical education and equipment fitness teaching in colleges and universities,perfects the theoretical basis of independent learning,and provides a reference for improving the classroom teaching of equipment fitness.In this study,275 students from Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance were the subjects of the survey,and a total of 119 people were subjects in four classes.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,the equipment fitness class is the main platform to understand the current situation of college students' self-learning of physical education,and to analyze and think about the teaching of independent learning and traditional physical education.The main findings are as follows:1.The overall results of students' self-study in physical education at The Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance are at the general level.Boys' physical self-learning ability is better than that of girls,and there are very significant differences in the learning environment dimension of students of different genders.Students in different grades have significant differences in learning motivation and learning environment,and freshman students are better than sophomores.2.Students who accept the teaching method of self-learning have significantly improved the learning ability of equipment fitness than the students who accept the traditional physical education teaching method,so we think that the teaching method of self-learning implemented by the experimental class has played a certain effect,which shows that the teaching method of self-learning in this experiment can effectively improve the self-learning ability of college students to learn equipment fitness.The application of self-learning method in device fitness is more effective than the traditional sports learning method.3.Students who accept the teaching method of self-learning have significantly improved their induction and sit-up results compared to those who accept the traditional physical education teaching method,so we think that the self-learning teaching method implemented by the experimental class has played a certain effect,indicating that the teaching method of self-learning in this experiment can effectively improve the physical quality of college students.4.The suggestion of improving the effective teaching of college equipment fitness elective course is: teachers guide in time and stimulate students' internal motivation to study.To develop different teaching content for specific groups of people,create a favorable environment for self-learning,and create a good equipment fitness classroom environment.Absorb the advantages of traditional physical education,pay attention to inspiration and induction,and live in harmony with students.
