| With the continuous promotion of the construction of a comprehensive sports power,Sports Museum,as a new position of sports culture accumulation and communication,has attracted more and more attention.The construction and development of Sports Museum has a positive impact on the implementation of the strategy of a sports power from the perspective of cultural communication.Under such a background,the International Table Tennis Federation Museum,originally located in Switzerland,moved to Huangpu District,Shanghai,and integrated with the second Museum of China Table Tennis Museum.As the first international sports museum introduced into China and the first museum project of international sports organization constructed and developed in a different place,it has attracted great attention from all walks of life.The analysis of the demographic characteristics,behavioral characteristics and satisfaction of the audience will help the library to understand the audience more comprehensively and objectively,directly reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the current service management work,improve the service management level and increase customer satisfaction,so as to give full play to the social functions of the Sports Museum and reflect its social functions Value.Taking the International Table Tennis Federation Museum and China Table Tennis Museum as examples,this paper takes the audience behavior and satisfaction of the Table Tennis Museum as the research object,and adopts the methods of IPA model analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,field investigation,literature and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the demographic and behavioral characteristics of the audience group of the Table Tennis Museum,so as to improve the audience group By using IPA analysis method,we can analyze the evaluation indexes from the importance and satisfaction,reflect the difference between the audience's evaluation indexes on the importance and satisfaction,make clear the advantage projects,key improvement projects,opportunity development projects and continuous maintenance projects in service and management,and put forward feasible suggestions accordingly.The results show that:(1)from the perspective of demographic characteristics,the audience of pingpong Museum mainly comes from Shanghai,mainly mental workers in terms of professional characteristics;the young and middle-aged group accounts for more than 60% of the total number of people surveyed;most of the audience have college degree or above;there is no obvious gender difference.(2)In the part of audience behavior characteristics,it focuses on eight aspects: more than 80% of the audience visit the pingpong Museum for the first time;the visit duration is about 1 hour;they tend to choose public transport;in the way of visit,they mainly visit at will;broaden their vision,increase their knowledge and entertainment are the main purposes of visit;they accidentally find and visit the pingpong Museum The official account of micro-blog and WeChat is the most important source of information for the audience.The hall of fame and the Olympic Games exhibition area are the most popular audiences.The audiences of different age groups show differences in the above eight behavioral characteristics.(3)In the part of satisfaction,the overall satisfaction of the audience is high,and individual evaluation indicators need to be highly detailed.According to the IPA model analysis,it can be seen that most of the evaluation indicators of "environmental quality" and all the evaluation indicators of "venue exhibits" are distributed in the first quadrant(dominant area),which shows that the "environmental quality" and "venue exhibits" of the pingpong museum have been obtained by the audience Highly recognized as an advantage project of pingpong Museum,it should continue to be maintained;most of the evaluation indexes of "service personnel" and "management work" are located in the second quadrant(maintenance area),which has reached or even exceeded the expectation of the audience,so it is enough to maintain the status quo;the third quadrant(opportunity area)is All secondary indicators of "cultural and creative goods" and most secondary indicators of "venue building",the improvement of "cultural and creative goods" and "venue building" is very important for the improvement of audience satisfaction,but the urgency is relatively low;"lighting effect of venue","rest facilities of venue","multimedia interactive facilities" and "3D cinema of venue" are four secondary evaluation indicators Located in the fourth quadrant(improvement area),it seriously affects the visitors' sense of experience.It is an urgent
