Archery sports belong to the skill-leading performance accuracy category.Archery athletes' physical fitness is the most basic,and plays an important role in determining sports performance.The archery project is China's potential gold medal advantage in the Olympic Games.In 2008,Chinese archery athlete Zhang Juanjuan won the gold medal in the women's individual recurve bow final.This is also the only Olympic gold medal China has won in archery..As competitive competitions become more and more fierce and cruel,it is not only a competition of technical and psychological qualities,but also a contest of physical fitness.Although archery does not resemble physical energy-dominated sports,physical fitness plays a decisive role in the performance of the sport,but physical fitness plays an indispensable and fundamental role in archery.Due to the characteristics and rules of the archery sport,archery athletes need to stand and take arrows back and forth for a long time,and need to pull the bow for thousands of times.Therefore,archery athletes have high requirements for consistency in technical movements,body balance and stability,core strength,endurance of muscle strength,and cardiopulmonary function.Therefore,improving the physical fitness level of archery athletes has become an important link to improve athletic performance,enhance athletic ability,and prevent sports injuries.This thesis mainly adopts research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,observation method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,taking the Chinese National Archery Team athletes' special physical training program as the research object,and taking the 12 Chinese National Archery Team(Limited)Athletes are the experimental subjects,and a 3-month empirical study on physical fitness training is conducted.Then detailed comparison and analysis of the physical fitness test data before and after 12 weeks of physical fitness training.The main test data results are as follows: After 12 weeks of physical training,the total score of 12 Chinese archery team athletes in FMS physical function screening increased by 19.08%.The upper limb muscle endurance test increased by 18.64%.The core strength test increased by 26.86%.The core static endurance(four directions)tests increased16.97%,15.32%,9.51%,and 20.13%.The lower limb muscle endurance test increased by 30.71%.Various items in the stability test increased by 27.87% and 26.13%.The specific muscle endurance test increased by 7.33%.Cardiopulmonary functiontest increased by 3.90%.The main conclusions are as follows:1.According to the training arrangement and requirements,the national archery team conducts physical fitness training 3 times a week,morning exercises5 times a week,and a 10 km long run every other Saturday morning.According to the requirements,the special physical training is divided into three stages,namely the physical preparation stage,physical improvement stage and physical consolidation stage,and the training time for each stage is 4 weeks.2.Through research,it has been found that physical fitness has been restored to a certain degree during physical preparation,and athletes ' physical stability and flexibility have been improved,especially the flexibility of shoulder joints and hip joints;the core strength during physical improvement Significantly improved,the quality of movement is getting higher and higher;training efficiency and special endurance have been greatly improved in the stage of physical consolidation,and the specific athletic ability and overall fitness level have been significantly improved.3.After the three stages of special physical training,the consistency,decisiveness and fluency of the archery movement of the athletes are getting better and better,and the self-confidence of the bow control ability,the ability to hold the bow and the psychology in the aiming stage are gradually improved.Physical training overall improves the symmetry,core stability,flexibility and stability of the shoulder and hip joints on both sides of the torso.The standard of physical training movements and the quality of completion have been steadily improved,the sense of muscle recruitment has become better with the progress of training,and the target muscle group strength and muscle control have also been significantly improved.4.After 12 weeks of special physical training,the archery athletes compare each index with the results of the first test.In FMS functional movement screening,push-ups,eight-pole abdominal bridge,core static endurance(back muscle endurance and Abdominal muscle endurance),barbell squat,closed eyes stand on one leg and 4000 meters running indicators have a highly significant difference in core static endurance(left oblique abdominal muscle endurance and right oblique abdominal muscle endurance)and bow stop index There is a significant difference.Various index tests have been improved to different degrees,and the effects of special physical training have been unanimously approved by archery coaches and athletes.Therefore,it is shown that this12-week special physical training program can effectively improve the physical fitness of archers.
