The Study Of College Students' Labor Education In The New Age

On September 10,2018,general secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the national education conference.He pointed out that it is necessary to promote the spirit of labor and strengthen labor education among students to cultivate builders and successors of socialism with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.On March 20,2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council pointed out that labor education is an important content of socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the work spirit,value orientation and skill level of socialist builders and successors in the opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in colleges and middle schools in the new era.It clearly points out the achievements and existing problems of youth labor education in our country,and requires that labor education should be included in the whole process of talent training,through the university and primary and secondary schools,through the family,school and society.College students in the new era shoulder the important task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,so it is of great significance to strengthen college students' labor education.Firstly,from the perspective of the new era,based on the series of speeches of general secretary Xi Jinping on labor education,this paper explores the new connotation of labor education for college students in the new era,and explores the theoretical basis and practical significance of carrying out labor education for college students in the new era.Secondly,on the basis of the survey data,it comprehensively analyzes the achievements,problems and causes of the current labor education of college students.Finally,based on the opinions of the state council of the CPC central committee on comprehensively strengthening labor education in colleges and middle schools in the new era,this paper focuses on the four main subjects of college students' labor education(college,society,family,college students)and puts forward the realization path of college students' labor education in the new era.Throughthe research,it is found that the main effects of labor education for college students in the new era are as follows: the ways and methods of labor education are constantly innovated,college students' cognition of labor is constantly strengthened,and their enthusiasm for labor is further improved.The main problems in the labor education of college students in the new era are: inaccurate orientation of labor value education,insufficient era of labor skill education,insufficient continuity of labor habit education and weak pertinence of labor attitude education.The main causes of these problems are the imperfect security system of labor education,the insufficient attention paid by the subject of labor education and the influence of utilitarian values on the subject of education.Therefore,to strengthen the labor education of college students in the new era,parents need to change their educational ideas and improve their educational methods;Colleges need to improve the education curriculum,innovate the education way,and enrich the education content;The society plays the role of joint efforts to create a good atmosphere of labor education;College students should set up the correct concept of labor,develop good working habits and cultivate positive working attitude.
