This article is based on the author's Chinese teaching practice in Nepal,using YCT Standard Course 1 as the teaching material,and taking the four class four and class five of Machhapuchchhre School as the research object.Through the comparative experimental teaching of two classes,this paper discusses the teaching effect of game teaching method in Nepal's primary school,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the problems found in the teaching practice.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter summarizes the current situation of game teaching method applied in Chinese teaching,YCT research and Chinese teaching research in Nepal;The second chapter mainly introduces the Chinese learning situation of the research object,and analyzes whether the physiological,cognitive and emotional factors of the students are suitable for the game teaching method through the questionnaire;The third chapter mainly introduces the designed games based on YCT standard course 1,including vocabulary,grammar,phonetics and Chinese characters;The fourth chapter describes the specific process and experimental data analysis of experimental teaching implementation,evaluates the teaching effect of the experimental class and the control class through the classroom observation effect,the in class test result and the score of YCT test paper,and draws the conclusion that the game teaching method can better complete the teaching;The fifth chapter summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the game teaching method,and puts forward some suggestions according to the teaching practice,hoping to provide some reference for Chinese teachers who come to Nepal to teach in the future.
