| The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the school's aesthetic education.The "Notice on the Implementation of the Sports Aesthetic Education Infiltration Action Plan" issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education on June 25,2019 states that it is necessary to effectively improve the teaching level and the quality of education and promote the dailyization of sports aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools.,Diversification,and characteristic development,and strive to enable every student to enjoy fair and quality aesthetic education and cultivation.Aerobics is a sport that gathers the beauty of sports,body,strength and rhythm.Aerobics teaching is the best platform for the implementation of sports aesthetic education infiltration,which can incorporate aesthetic education in teaching and make teaching serve infiltration aesthetic education.To improve the aesthetic ability and aesthetic literacy of high school students,cultivate the ability of high school students to build aerobics,enhance the ability of high school students to appreciate the beauty and create beauty,and further promote the development of sports aesthetic education,this study from the perspective of aesthetics Capacity development for research.This enriches the content of aerobics-related research,broadens the perspective of aerobics aesthetics research,provides a positive experience for the improvement of high school students' aerobics creation ability,promotes the recovery of the level of high school students' aerobics creation ability,and improves the aesthetics of high school students Ability and aerobics courses are better integrated into high school teaching with practical and guiding significance.Based on the perspective of aesthetics,this article takes the training of high school students' ability to build aerobics as the research object,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method,and mathematical statistics method,etc.Students are the experimental objects,and the 12-week teaching experiment is conducted.From an aesthetic perspective,it has an essential impact on the cultivation of high school students' ability to create aerobics.The research results show that:(1)The number of high school aerobics elective classes is relatively small,the teaching content is more casual,the teaching methods and means are single,the assessment system is more one-sided,but the teacher's strength is better.(2)The main factors influencing the high school students' ability to compose aerobics are the following three aspects: learning interest,students' motivation to create and the accumulation of action materials.(3)Before the experiment,with regard to the basic situation of the participating students and the ability to compile aerobics,P>0.05,it was considered that the students did not show a significant difference.After the experiment,in terms of innovation ability,the action and combination index P <0.05,the experimental group students' innovation ability meets the expected students;in terms of sports quality,strength,endurance,speed and sensitivity index P <0.05,the experimental group students' athletic quality improvement is aimed at Students,in terms of music literacy,the sense of music,rhythm and soundtrack selection index P <0.05,the students in the experimental group obviously supplemented the students;in terms of aesthetic literacy,aesthetic theory,beauty of movement and posture,music selection ability,movement arrangement score and Route design index P <0.05,the experimental group students' aesthetic literacy has become a substitute student.From a holistic point of view,students in the experimental group with increased teaching content related to aesthetics replace the traditional teaching model with innovation ability,music quality,sports quality and aesthetic quality. |
