Problems And Countermeasures Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Of Tourism Management Specialty In Jilin Province's Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,the social competition is heating up and the employment situation is more and more severe,which brings the employment pressure for secondary vocational school students.It is a very important way to develop secondary vocational education by encouraging students to innovate and start businesses,it also provides an important channel for secondary vocational students to obtain employment at the same time.For them,to innovate and start businesses is a beneficial attempt to enhance the spirit of innovation and realize self-value.Therefore,secondary vocational schools should actively cultivate students' awareness of innovation to guide them to accumulate skills and encourage them to do more practices.Effects of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational tourism management major will be verified with the development of tourism education in Jilin province and the implementation of secondary vocational education.This thesis takes Jilin province secondary vocational school as an example,to put forward some concrete strategies to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education by investigating the status quo and shortcomings of that.Furthermore,it provides useful reference for the innovation and entrepreneurship education of secondary vocational tourism management.The main content of paper can be divided into five parts.The first part is a preface,an introduction about the background,purpose and meaning and the methods of research.The second part is an analysis of relevant theory,which summarizes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools at home and abroad,including the definition of basic concepts,the main content of entrepreneurship education and the necessity of innovation and entrepreneurship education to the development of secondary vocational education.The third part is the research on innovation and entrepreneurship education of secondary vocational tourism management major in Jilin province,mainly introduces the research situation and results,the status quo and shortcomings.The fourth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the three levels of students,schools and society to the previous problems,which will stimulate the development of Jilin province secondary vocational tourism management in professional innovation and entrepreneurship education.The fifth part is the conclusion,the limitation and shortage of the research and the prospect of the research.
