In September 2014,premier Li Keqiang of the state Council publicly issued a call for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation of all peoples" at the summer Davos forum.he wanted to set off a new trend of " mass entrepreneurship" and " grassroots entrepreneurship" on 960 square kilometers of land,forming a new trend of " innovation of all peoples" and " innovation of all peoples".At present,undergraduate activities for innovation and entrepreneurship are running vigorously.There are many studies on undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education,while there are less on innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools for it lags behind relatively.There are few in secondary vocational schools in areas where education lags behind.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an education that promotes employment and development and even more of a “quality-oriented” one.It not only embodies the essential meaning of vocational education,but also gives prominence to the cultivation of innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,and also acts as an inevitable choice for the reform of secondary vocational education.As secondary vocational educators,we need to have a clear understanding of the current situation and keep pace with the development of the times.Secondary vocational schools need to consider the actual conditions of the regions,schools and students,build platforms as well as set up a sound innovation and entrepreneurship education system for secondary vocational schools through related studies,thus contributing to the social and economic development of the country and regions.With a questionnaire survey conducted among 700 teachers and students from 48 secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,and through a comprehensive analysis of the problems concerning innovative and entrepreneurial ability building and the causes,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions with an aim to improve the theoretical system ofinnovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools and provide a reference for studies in this respect.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part gives a brief introduction to the reason for topic selection,the purpose of research design,the ideas of research design as well as the use of research methods.Through literature review and theoretical explanation,a theoretical foundation has been laid for the thesis.The second part is about the feasibility of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of the necessity and feasibility of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools,the targets of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools should be clearly defined,and the feasibility of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools would be explained through examples and data.The third part is to analyze problems.By conducting questionnaire surveys,interviews and studies,I have analyzed and summarized five problems in the current state of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools: the absence of the right mindset,the restrictions of school system on innovation and entrepreneurship education,inadequate innovation and entrepreneurship education curricula,weak innovation and entrepreneurship education in practice and lack of innovation and entrepreneurship education funding.The fourth part focuses on the reasons for the problems.According to the problems summarized in part three,a deeply analysis of the causes for the problems is given.The fifth part discusses the countermeasures for innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools.For the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools,practical and pointed countermeasures is put forward in five respects,including shifting innovation and entrepreneurship education concept,improving innovation and entrepreneurship education system,perfecting innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system,building a practical platform and a practical base,and increasing investment in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
