A Study On The Unbalanced Structure Compensation Of Schools And Clubs In The Promotion Of Small Basketball

In November 2017,the Chinese Basketball Association restarted the "small basketball plan" that had been stalled for many years.In the same year,the Ministry of Education launched the campus basketball development plan to vigorously develop and popularize basketball in elementary and middle schools.Small basketball sports usher is in new opportunities for development.Yao Ming pointed out that the promotion of small basketball will establish four systems of “ coach training,technical standards,weekend holiday training camps,and big data ” through the government based on basketball associations at all levels,social youth basketball training clubs,and elementary schools across the country.The joint promotion of leadership,social support and market assistance has truly promoted basketball to children at the grassroots level,becoming one of the children's favorite sports,and developing the habit of participating in physical exercise for life.This study introduces the theory of compensation for unbalanced structure of athletic ability in sports training.It recognizes the promotion of small basketball as a macroscopic overall structure,and regards the current situation of small basketball promotion in schools and clubs as two sub-capabilities of the structure of small basketball promotion.Compare and analyze the development forms,teaching status,teaching force,and hardware facilities of the two,and use analogy to demonstrate the unbalance phenomenon of the two in the overall structure and the implementation mechanism of compensation.The structural compensation theory's balanced compensation and unbalanced compensation approach proposes a compensation strategy in the promotion of unbalanced structure in small basketball.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.In the promotion system of small basketball for schools and clubs,their respective developments have unbalanced characteristics,which are specifically reflected in the form of promotion,the current teaching situation,and the qualifications of teachers and hardware facilities.2.The school presents the following characteristics in the promotion of small basketball.One aspect of teaching is: insufficient guarantee of student hours,relatively single teaching methods,inconsistent teaching goals,large randomness ofteaching content,lack of assessment and evaluation;and two aspects of teachers:basketball professional teacher resources Lack of physical education teachers and small basketball training are not in place: Third,in terms of venues and equipment,the school grounds and facilities are outdated and the equipment is insufficient to meet the teaching needs.3.The club has the following characteristics in the promotion of small basketball.The first one is strong in teaching professionalism,which is conducive to the development of the level of homogeneity of students;the second one is the teacher,the club coaches are highly professional,and the business ability is continuously improved through training;the third is the guarantee of hardware facilities:Professional guarantees can meet training needs.4.In the unbalanced structure of the promotion of small basketball,the development of off-campus basketball clubs is significantly better than that of schools,and it is regarded as a superior child ability.The use of the unbalanced structure of the universal principle of compensation proves that the superior child ability compensates or compensates the weak child ability,that is,the club compensates the school's deficiencies in the promotion of small basketball through teaching,teachers,hardware facilities,etc.The compensation mechanism has jointly promoted the promotion of small basketball.5.By using the theory of unbalanced structure compensation,this study proposes countermeasures for unbalanced structure promotion of small basketball promotion.The strategy of unbalanced compensation for superior sub-capacity,that is,"prosperity"-gives full play to the advantages of club small basketball promotion.The balance compensation strategy for weak children's ability,that is,"avoid shortcomings"-enhances the school's ability to promote small basketball,so as to achieve the purpose of better promotion of small basketball.
