High school students' aggression has always attracted people's attention,because it not only affects physical and mental health,but also negatively affects social adaptation.Previous research on aggressive behavior is related to factors such as family,social environment,violence,and interpersonal relationships.It is rarely discussed from the perspective of sleep quality.Most of the research objects are college students,middle-aged and elderly people,and less research on high school students which group has significant characteristics such as heavy academic pressure and low sleep quality.The low quality of an individual's sleep,on the one hand,make him or her experience negative emotions and affect his or her psychological state;on the other hand,it will reduce the individual's ability to control emotions,including the control of ourselves and the ability to deal with external emotions,etc.At the same time,it may cause distress to others when express negative emotions to people.Therefore,this study consists of two parts.Study 1 intends to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence,sleep quality,and aggressive behavior,which uses the Aggressive Behavior Scale,Sleep Quality Scale,and Emotional Intelligence Scale to test and evaluate 1051 key high school students,and explores the status and characteristics of students' aggressive behavior,sleep quality,and emotional intelligence.And use SPSS21 to analyze the data.The results show that(1)there are demographic differences in key high school students' aggressive behavior,sleep quality,and emotional intelligence;(2)there is a significant correlation between sleep quality,emotional intelligence,and aggressive behavior;(3)Between sleep quality and aggressive behavior,emotional intelligence played a mediating role.Study 2 was based on the results of the first study,randomly selecting 24 high school students whose attack behavior was higher than the average,by conducting group counseling to improve emotional intelligence and reduce aggressive behavior,the experimental group and control group were used to test.The conclusions show that:(1)through group counseling intervention,the emotional intelligence of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the aggressive behavior was significantly reduced;(2)in the pretest and post-test,there were no significant changes of control group's emotional intelligence and aggression behavior.
