Objective: To investigate the relationship between secondary vocational students and aggressive behavior, and whether the level of conscience of secondary vocational students can reduce their aggressive behavior.Method: Measure the conscience and aggressive behavior of vocational school students by adolescent conscience questionnaire and aggressive behavior questionnaire, and carry out the statistical analysis by SPSS21.0.Randomly select two parallel classes and interact 40 students in one class with conscience education for 3 months.Make the interventions once a week for 60 minutes each time, and last a total of 13 times a week, around 8 themes.Results:(1)The average score of conscience of secondary vocational students was 3.89 ± 0.39(norm 3.93 ± 0.47),at a moderate or lower level,of which, the level of responsibility is the highest, followed by compassion, sorrow, shame, filial piety, righteousness, gratitude, forgiveness, and integrity.(2)The total score of aggressive behavior of secondary vocational students is 2.69 points, which is at the upper middle level,of which, hostility is the highest, followed by alternative attacks, physical attacks and anger.(3)There was a negative correlation between the score of conscience and the total score of aggressive behavior. In terms of dimension, forgiveness, honesty, responsibility, forgiveness, filial piety are negatively correlated with anger, hostility, physical aggression and substitute aggression.Forgiveness, honesty and responsibility in conscience can predict aggressive behavior negatively.(4)After the intervention in the experimental class, the post-test and follow-up results of the subjects' level of conscience development were significantly higher than those of the control class, and the results of the post-test and follow-up of aggressive behavior were significantly lower than those of the control class. After the conscience intervention of different attack behavior groups, the difference between the improvement level of the conscience level and the decrease of the aggressive behavior level in the high attack behavior group was the most significant, followed by the middle aggressive behavior group, and the low aggressive behavior group was the least significant.Conclusion:(1)The level of conscience of secondary vocational students is generally low,and aggressive behavior is generally high.(2)The conscience of secondary vocational school students is closely related toaggressive behavior, with high level of conscience and low aggressive behavior.(3)Conscience group intervention program can effectively improve the level of conscience of secondary vocational students and reduce the aggressive behavior of secondary vocational students.(4)Different aggressive behavior groups had different effects on improving their conscience level after intervention. The effect of high aggressive behavior group was the most significant, followed by the middle aggressive behavior group, and the low aggressive behavior group was the least significant.
