Under the background of headmaster responsibility system and headmaster specialization,this study takes headmaster w of H Middle School in Bijie City,Guizhou Province as an example,adopts the methods of observation,interview and document analysis to analyze headmaster w's educational beliefs,including the beliefs about education,curriculum and teaching,school management,headmaster's self role,teachers and students This paper describes,analyzes and evaluates the seven aspects of W principal's belief and the relationship between home school and social school,so as to find out the positive and negative beliefs in W principal's educational belief.At the same time,according to the first-hand data collected,the paper explores the influencing factors of the formation of W principal's educational belief,and finds that the formation of W principal's educational belief is affected by family factors,social factors and personal special experience.By comparing the professional standards of principals in compulsory education schools issued in 2015 with the educational beliefs of principals W,it is found that the degree of conformity of professional standards of principals W is highly consistent with the positive and negative beliefs in educational beliefs.Based on the positive and negative beliefs in President w's educational beliefs,this paper provides some reference for the principals of primary and secondary schools: in education itself,the principals of primary and secondary schools should believe in the power of education and confirm that education is a contribution;in curriculum and teaching,the principals of primary and secondary schools should firmly believe in the value of each subject and advocate that every individual in the teaching process should live and learn;in the process of teaching In terms of school management,primary and secondary school principals should be less administrative orders and more incentives,build learning organizations,establish the service consciousness of administrative departments,create specific campus culture and atmosphere,and take teachers as the basis;in terms of principals' self role,primary and secondary school principals should become the recognizer and adherent of school mission,the leader of teachers' team,the designer of school planning,and To be an educationist headmaster;in terms of teachers' beliefs,middle school headmasters should regard teachers as their partners,have emotional exchanges with teachers,and be able to infect teachers' groups;in terms of students' beliefs,they should treat every student as a real person,and can't easily give up any student.
