After entered WTO, the education in China faces the challenge of globalization of education. Along with the economic development, living condition improvement, it becomes urgent to fulfill the need of education reform. The task of high school education becomes more and more important. With the education reform, the society, family and school care more about the personality of the students instead of ignores Accepted the difference personality of the students, utilization of the hidden means of education is the main characteristic of different level education. From the preparation, teaching, homework, assistant after school, test and activities outside of school, the teacher should full understand the difference of the students, moreover the teacher should have different strategy to educate the students based on the personality difference. Therefore, the student will feel successful, and they will enjoy the studying, more over they will become confident. The other object of different level teaching is emphasis on the connection of practice and knowledge. Though this, it will make the students fell how useful the knowledge is and how important the knowledge is the teacher should encourage the students to use their knowledge which they gained from the classless to making a living.  All in all, the purpose is to let the students to know the life is not only the best class but also their best teacher!...
