A Study On The Construction Of Primary And Secondary School Teachers In Kangbashi District,Ordos City

Teachers are the engineers of the human soul,the key to the modernization of education and the cornerstone of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.After the 18 th national congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee with comrade Xi jinping,as the core attached great importance to the position and role of education in the overall strategy of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,we should comprehensively strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school teachers as a major political task and a fundamental livelihood project,so as to construct a team of teachers with excellent teaching ability,high education level and the courage to contribute to the cause of education.This thesis research mainly based on Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on comprehensively deepening the reform of teachers' team construction in the new era together with General secretary Xi Jinping's main discussion on education related discussions.Meanwhile the author is in association with various kinds of files on teachers' team construction which are released by Ordos city,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government.According to the thorough investigation and study and combining the reality of own jobs,the author carried out a deep investigation on teachers' team construction in Kangbashi District.Through investigation and the thorough analysis,at present,there are some problems in the construction of teachers' team in the primary and secondary schools in Kangbashi District,such as the unbalanced proportion of teachers' team structure,the increasing loss of teachers year by year,some teachers' outdated teaching concepts,the overall quality to be improved,the vocational training to be further optimized,the imperfect management mechanism and the backward managementmethods of managers.As a result,it is impossible to realize the high standard for the construction of primary and secondary school teachers in the new era.Based on the above problems,this study analyzes the reasonable reasons from the policy,society,school and individual aspects of the construction of primary and secondary school teachers' team in Kangbashi District,Ordos City.In the end,the author puts forward the strategies in line with the construction of primary and secondary school teachers' team in this region,in order to give full play to the potential of primary and secondary school teachers by changing the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers in Kangbashi district.The ultimate goal is to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers,to realize the leaping development of education in Kangbashi District,and to become the leader in the field of education in Ordos City.
