Research On The Characteristics Of The Use Of Defense And Counterattack Technique In World Elite Female Boxers

As women's boxing project development relatively late in our country,from 2001 to participate in the world women's boxing championship for the first time after the first world championship,the Chinese women's boxing project show the stronger strength gradually,from the perspective of the data of world women's boxing championship,as of 2019,held the11 th,China ranked on the second,a total of 18 gold MEDALS,in the development of the world women's boxing project occupies very important position.China won two silver MEDALS and two bronze MEDALS in the London Olympic Games and the Rio Olympic Games in women's boxing,which enabled it to compete with European and American countries.In the face of the gradual rise of European and American powers and other continental countries,China must strengthen the improvement of athletes' physical ability,psychology,intelligence,skills and tactical ability,especially the technical and tactical play and defensive counterattack technology.To this end,this paper,by means of literature review,video watching,expert interview and mathematical statistics,made a statistical induction and analysis of the use characteristics of defensive and counterattack techniques of 20 athletes in10 final matches of the 2018 world women's boxing championship,and reached the following research conclusions:1.The champion athletes are good at using Dodge,block defense and counterattack techniques.The hit times and hit rate are higher and the hit effect is better.2.There is a certain degree of difference between the champion and the runner up in the use of backward defensive counterattack technology,but the hit rate is slightly lower than that of the opponent;the champion and runner up in the use of backward defensive counterattack technology is lower than that of the opponent,and there is a certain difference in the hit times and hit rates.3.The defending and counterattacking champion athletes are better at using dodge defending and counterattacking technology,the number of hits is higher than the opponent,but there is no significant difference in the hit rate;the defending and counterattacking champion athletes use block defending and counterattacking technology less than the opponent,the number of hits and the hit rate are relatively low.4.The defending and counterattacking champion athletes are good at using the backward defending and counterattacking technology,and have a certain advantage in the number of times of use,hit times and hit rate,and the hit effect is better;the defending and counterattacking champion athletes are good at using the backward step defending andcounterattacking technology,and have a slight advantage in the hit times,and the hit effect is general.
