In accordance with the spirit of Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Implementation of Excellent Teacher Training Program 2.0(teacher [2018] No.13),and keeping foothold on the needs of geography curriculum reform and the demands of excellent teacher training,this paper discusses the relevant requirements of excellent teacher training program 2.0,summarizes the implementation status of excellent teacher training program in China,analyzes the composition of teaching ability of excellent geography teachers based on the excellent teacher training program,conducts the questionnaire survey centering on the teaching capability composing of excellent geography teachers,and puts forward the teaching ability training strategy of excellent geography teachers on the basis of the training program of excellent geography teachers.This thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter One:Introduction.It mainly explained the reason for choosing the topic,the research significance,the research summary,the research program,the concept definition,the theoretical foundation,the research characteristics,and the innovation.Chapter Two:The excellent teacher Training Program has been outlined.The background,basic content,implementation status and problem analysis of the excellent teacher training program in China are briefly introduced.Chapter Three: A theoretical analysis of the composition of teaching ability of excellent geography teachers is conducted.On account of the requirements of the excellent teachers' training program in combination with the basic connotation of teachers' teaching ability,the index system of excellent geography teachers' teaching ability is analyzed in theory.Chapter Four: A survey has been conducted on the current status of outstanding geography teachers' teaching abilities.Based on the theoretical analysis of the teaching ability of excellent geography teachers,this paper designs and implements a survey of the status quo of the teaching ability of excellent geography teachers,processes and conducts the result analysis of the survey data,gains the knowledge of the cognition of the first-line geography teachers on the training program and the composition of teaching ability,and probes into the current situation and existing problems of the composition of teaching ability of excellent geography teachers.Chapter Five: Strategies have been proposed for the training of excellent geography teachers' teaching ability.On the strength of the theoretical analysis and current investigation of the teaching ability of excellent geography teachers,this paper puts forward the basic strategies for the cultivation of the teaching ability of excellent geography teachers: first,to strengthen top-level design and define the cultivation objectives of the teaching ability of excellent geography teachers;second,to integrate pre-employment and post-employment and refine the phased cultivation of the teaching ability of excellent geography teachers;third,to continuous improvement of system construction and keep the security system constantly improved.Chapter Six: Conclusions and Prospects.The research main conclusion of this study are summarized,and on this basis,and then put forward prospects for follow-up research.
