In September 2014,the State Council promulgated the "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System",which marked the official launch of a new round of comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in China.In April 2019,the People's Government of Hebei Province announced the "Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Enrollment System of General Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province",which states that the "New College Entrance Examination" reform will be implemented in Hebei Province since 2021.The plan states that students should first choose one subject in history and physics,and then choose two subjects in ideology,politics,geography,chemistry,and biology.This selective test mode is also called "3+1+2" mode.Under the "3+1+2" elective mode,students can choose their own elective subjects independently.The emergence of independent electives not only makes up for the limitations of the liberal arts subjects,but also pays attention to the individual differences of students,which is more conducive to realization All-round development of students.New changes bring new challenges.The "3+1+2" test selection model is different from the "3+3" model that has been implemented in other regions,plus the differences in economic,cultural,and educational areas between regions.It is not enough to simply imitate and learn from the experience of the regions where the new college entrance examination reform has been implemented.The new college entrance examination reform in each province and region must find its own reform path.Therefore,it is of practical significance to understand the current situation of independent selection of high school students in Hebei Province and the specific implementation of the guidance of high school selection in the context of the new college entrance examination reform.This study uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the students and teachers of three ordinary high schools in Hebei Province,in order to understand the current status of independent selection of ordinary high school students in Hebei Province and the specific implementation of school selection guidance under the new college entrance examination Situation,find the problems existing in the status quo,analyze the causes of the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on this.This thesis mainly includes six parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the questions raised,the significance of the research,a review of domestic and foreign research literature,the research ideas and methods,and the innovations of this research.The second part is an overview of high school students' self-selection.The main contents include the definition of related concepts,the comparative analysis of the new college entrance examination elective plan,and the theoretical basis of high school students' autonomous elective.The third part is a survey of the current status of autonomous high school students in Hebei Province.The survey plan was designed in the early stage,and the survey plan was implemented in the later stage.The 2018 grade students of three ordinary high schools in Hebei Province were selected as the survey objects.The questionnaire survey method and interview method were mainly used to select the current status of independent high school students in Hebei Province.Investigate the implementation of the guidance work.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and reasons of ordinary high school students' self-selection in the new college entrance examination.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are problems such as the unsatisfactory career development status of high school students,insufficient understanding of the new college entrance examination reform plan,inadequate recognition of elective subjects,simple and rapid course selection,irrational and comprehensive thinking of elective subjects,and selection Section guidance needs can not be met,etc.,and analyze the cause of the problem.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of independent high school students' independent selection under the new college entrance examination background.According to the survey results,the problems and reasons are presented,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,mainly including: the education department strengthens organizational leadership and provides guarantee measures for selecting subjects;the school system conducts career education and establishes a guidance system for student development;teachers strengthen professional training and guide students to choose reasonably Parents are actively facing the new college entrance examination reform to improve participation;students are actively responding to the college entrance examination reform and choosing subjects carefully and reasonably,with a view to providing help and support for the smooth implementation of the "3+1+2" examination selection model in Hebei Province.The sixth part is the conclusion.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this research,and propose new research prospects.
