Off-school tutoring education is the perfection and supplement of public school education.The emergence of the special occupation group of teachers outside the tutoring school has also brought new power to the education industry.As an important part of the teaching team,the survival status of primary school teachers outside the tutoring school should arouse widespread concern in society.What is the survival status of elementary school teachers outside tutoring schools? What kind of problems exist? How should these problems be resolved and avoided?The main purpose of this study is to present the actual living conditions of elementary school teachers in Shijiazhuang off-school tutoring schools,analyze their problems,their causes,and countermeasures.Therefore,this study is based on the current reform of tutoring education outside school in China.Based on the existing research,it consults relevant literature,compiles a questionnaire,and investigates the living conditions of primary school teachers in tutoring schools outside Shijiazhuang City.This study uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate teachers' salary,teacher health,teacher pressure,interpersonal relationships,professional satisfaction,and professional identity,etc.The content covers the material,mental,and spiritual survival status of elementary school teachers outside tutoring schools.Three aspects of professional status.This article comprehensively analyzes the main problems behind the survival status of elementary school teachers in out-of-school tutoring schools,and proposes countermeasures to effectively improve the survival status of elementary teachers in out-of-school tutoring schools.This research is divided into four parts: the first part clarifies the reason for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the research review,the definition of the concept,and the research ideas and processes;the second part proposes the survival status and existing problems of the elementary school teachers in off-school tutoring schools;Analyze the main problems that affect the survival status of primary school teachers in out-of-school tutoring schools.The fourth part puts forward suggestions for improving the current status of primary school teachers in out-of-school tutoring schools.The conclusions are as follows: the satisfaction of primary school teachers in off-school tutoring schools with their occupational income is not high;social security issues have improved,but still need to be further improved;teachers have long working hours,tedious work,and great work pressure;teachers have physical and mental health The situation is not optimistic and tends to increase.Teachers are overloaded with work,which causes them not to have more time and energy to promote professional development.Primary school teachers have low social recognition and low professional identity.Based on the results of the survey and the problems reflected,this study advocates focusing on the realization of the value of primary school teachers in off-site tuition schools;stimulating teachers' subjective consciousness;improving the quality of life and social status of primary school teachers in off-site tuition schools;Improve the teaching environment and teaching reflection ability;improve various welfare treatment systems;improve the leadership management strategies of off-school tutoring schools;increase the low entry barriers for primary school teachers in off-school tutoring schools,and attach importance to teachers' physical and mental health and professional development.
