| Kindergarten education is an important part of basic education and the basic stage of school education system.Early childhood is the key period for the formation,establishment and consolidation of adaptability.The development degree of children's adaptability has an important influence on children's future development of interpersonal communication,social emotion,behavior skills,etc.Under the influence of the "two child" policy,the number of two children has been increasing in recent years.The adaptability of two children and the only child to the kindergarten has attracted the attention of preschool educators.Through the investigation and study of the adaptation status of the second child and the only child,this paper finds out their adaptation problems and differences,and puts forward targeted suggestions and Countermeasures for teachers and parents,in order to help children improve their social adaptability and successfully pass the adaptation period.In this study,the second child and the only child of s Kindergarten in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province are selected as the research objects.Questionnaire,observation and interview methods are used to investigate the adaptation of the research objects.The adaptation status of the second child and the only child is compared from five dimensions of life cuisine,emotional stability,interpersonal relationship,learning activities and compliance.With rules SPSS was used to analyze the collected data,the following research results were obtained:There was significant difference between the two children's and the only child's adaptation to kindergarten,and the two children's adaptation to kindergarten was better than the only child in general.There was significant difference between the two children and the only child in three dimensions of life care,emotional stability and interpersonal relationship,and the two children's adaptability was better than the only child in learning activities.There was no significant difference between the second child and the only child in the dimension of obeying rules.According to the survey data,based on Piaget's cognitive development theory and Brownian Brenner's ecological theory of human development,the author analyzes the reasons for the differences in the adaptability of the second child and the only child to enter the kindergarten,including: different parenting styles,different parenting experiences,differentmain caregivers of the second child and the only child,different compatriots which affect the development of the cognitive and social communication ability of the second child and the only child,imbalance between the supply and demand of the quantity and quality of teachers,the content and way of home cooperation are not updated in time.Finally,according to the results of the study and the analysis of the causes,this study puts forward practical suggestions for parents,teachers and kindergartens.Parents of the only child should make psychological preparation,actively guide children,pay attention to the cultivation of children's self-care ability,and pay attention to the development of children's interpersonal skills.Second child parents should improve their family education,avoid indulgence of their children,and give full play to the interactive value of their compatriots.Preschool teachers should cultivate children's self-care ability,rule awareness,interpersonal communication ability and self-development.Kindergartens should improve their own soft power of education and enhance teachers' professional quality. |
