The student involvement in class refers to the degree of students' investment in the process of school education,that is,the degree of time,effort and energy spent by students who are participating in school related learning activities,curriculum teaching and other educational learning tasks.She has a great influence on the development of students.Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's education,and it is also the cradle of training secondary skilled talents for China.With the country paying more and more attention to secondary vocational education,the teaching quality of secondary vocational education has been widely concerned and improved.Influenced by the traditional education concept,students' enthusiasm for learning in secondary vocational schools is not high.Students who enter secondary vocational schools(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational students)generally have low interest in learning,and the participation in classroom teaching is not active,resulting in the low involvement in the classroom.There is a big gap between this and the cultivation of all-round skilled talents in China.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to improve the involvement of secondary vocational school students in class,which is conducive to the cultivation of students' ability of active learning,independent learning and inquiry learning and innovation,and to promote students to become skilled talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.In a survey of 396 students in a Technical College of X city,the author found that the involvement of secondary vocational school students in classroom teaching is generally low.Among them,cognitive involvement is the lowest;emotional involvement is the middle;behavior involvement is the highest.Through the analysis,it is found that the factors that affect students' participation in class are diverse,and teachers' classroom teaching behavior is an important factor.Therefore,improving teachers' classroom teaching behavior is an effective way to improve students' classroom participation level.Teachers should optimize classroom teaching,enhancethe interest of teaching;strengthen classroom management,improve the involvement of students' behavior;create research atmosphere,improve students' cognitive involvement;strengthen teacher-student interaction,build a harmonious classroom,and improve students' emotional involvement.
