In tennis,forehand is the most basic and commonly used technical action.Beginners learn forehand skills first in the early days of tennis.Therefore,forehand skills are particularly important.However,beginners have many problems with forehand techniques.By consulting the literature and interviewing experts and students,I learned that wrist instability is a serious problem for beginners.Based on this,in order to solve the easy to make mistakes such as wrist instability in the process of learning forehand techniques for beginners,a new training program for wrist stability was designed to prevent beginners from making mistakes such as flexing the wrist when hitting the ball.Action,reduce wrist error correction time,improve learning efficiency,so that beginners can quickly grasp the correct forehand strokes,and improve the quality of forehand strokes.In this study,a wrist stability training program was designed for tennis beginners through literature data methods,interview methods,and logic analysis methods,and the experimental methods were used to verify the specific content:(1)Subjects: Students from Hebei Normal University Tennis Club The test subjects,including 20 in the experimental class and 20 in the control class,were tested before the experiment on physical fitness,ball feel,tennis practice and other indicators of the two classes to ensure the homogeneity of the experimental subjects.(2)Experimental content: The experimental class uses wrist stability training for intervention experiments,while the control class still uses conventional training methods.(3)Experimental time: 12 weeks,2 lessons per class per week for a total of 24 lessons.(4)Experimental steps:The two training classes are divided into three stages for teaching: Experimental class:(1)The first stage(weeks 1-2): mainly explain the basic knowledge and basic movements of tennis.(2)The second stage(weeks 3-8): In terms of technical movements,the wrist auxiliary equipment is mainly used for swing shots,fixed click training,and throw training.In physical fitness exercises,increase wrist resistance training.(3)The third stage(weeks 9-12): In terms of technical movements,combined with the wrist auxiliary equipment to start the training of batting.In physical fitness exercises,wrist resistance exercises began to increase resistance;control class:(1)The first stage(weeks 1-2)mainly explained the basic knowledge and basic movements of tennis.(2)In the second stage(weeks 3-8),swing shots,fixed shot training,throwing shot training and physical fitness training will be conducted.(3)In the third stage(weeks 9-12),practice batting and physical fitness.(5)Experimental test indicators: The test indicators are divided into two parts:(1)test the wrist electromyography(carp flexor and extensor)of the experimental class and the control class;(2)forehand stroke quality of the students in the two classes(Depth,accuracy,stability),and analyze the test data before and after the experiment through mathematical statistics to obtain the experimental results.Research result:(1)After passing 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the EMG values ??of the wrist flexor muscles in the experimental class and the control class were 480.97 ± 111.80,715.04 ±154.32,P <0.01;It is 395.22 ± 082.95,513.40 ± 120.62,P <0.01.(2)After passing 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the score of the depth of the forehand stroke(including strength)in the experimental class and the control class were 10.30± 5.58,5.20 ± 5.01,P <0.01;The scores in the experimental class and the control class were13.2 ± 6.25,7.50 ± 6.54,P <0.05;the scores of the experimental class and the control class were 2.95 ± 1.05,2.30 ± 1.68,P> 0.05 in the forehand depth stability score.(3)After passing 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the scores of the forehand accuracy(including strength)in the experimental class and the control class were 8.20 ± 3.20,6.10 ±2.90,P <0.05;the accuracy of the forehand stroke The total score of the experimental class and the control class were 4.15 ± 1.18,2.95 ± 1.09,and P < 0.01;the experimental class and the control class were 12.35 ± 4.17,9.05 ± 3.69,and P,respectively,on the stability score of forehand accuracy.<0.05.(4)After passing 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the success rates of the students in the experimental class are 59%,69%,and 65% on the success rate of forehand depth,accuracy,and overall stability of the shot;the students in the control class The success rates were 46%,49%,and 47%.(5)After passing 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the overall evaluation of the forehand stroke quality in the experimental class and the control class were 25.60 ± 7.57,16.55 ± 9.01,P <0.05.Analysis conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of wrist stability training,beginners scored significantly better in theforehand on depth,accuracy,and stability of the control class than the control class,indicating that wrist stability assisted training can improve forehands.The batting quality is of great help.(2)After 12 weeks of wrist stability training,beginners have no significant difference in forehand strike depth stability.The reason is that during the forehand strike depth stability test,the test content is relatively simple and wireless.Requirements,just go over the Internet.(3)Through 12 weeks of wrist stability and strength training,tennis beginners can improve wrist stability during forehand strokes,shorten the learning process of generalization and differentiation of forehand technical movements,and improve learning efficiency.
