The industry-education integration is the only way to cultivate application-oriented talents in higher vocational colleges.In recent decades,vocational colleges have experienced the initial school-enterprise cooperation and the reform of "combining work with study" in the exploration of the cultivation mode of industry-education integration,and entered the new stage of "in-depth integration of education and industry" in the 13 th Five-year Plan Period.The exploration of the new cultivation mode of industry-education integration is conducive to strengthening the cooperative relationship among "government,enterprises and schools" and forming a road of cultivating application-oriented talents win-win results among the three parties.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the application and practice of the talents cultivation mode of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges in the new era by means of literature research,case analysis,investigation and other research methods.First of all,literature research method is used for theoretical analysis,and relevant research status at home and abroad is sorted out.Relevant concepts,theoretical basis and practical significance of industry-education integration are summarized,so as to find relevant theoretical basis for the feasibility and necessity of implementing industry-education integration.Secondly,using the case analysis method,study in Beijing Vocational College of Science and Technology as a case,on the basis of investigation and study discusses the production of the college teaching fusion,the basic concept,typical and practice analysis the existing problems in the college industry-education integration mainly include: management personnel quality ability insufficiency,the management concept and teachers team construction lag behind,the government support insufficiency,enterprise insufficient participation,etc.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the implementation of industry-education integration from the perspectives of school,government and enterprise,including the insufficient stability of school personnel,the deep-rooted backward cultivation concept,the imperfect school management system and government guarantee mechanism,and the profit-seeking and lack of guidance of enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies of the talents cultivation mode of industry-education integration: the school strengthens the construction of teachers,renews the teaching concept,improves the training mode,deepens the management reform,the government improves the guarantee system,and the enterprise increases the participation,so as to improve the talents cultivation mode of industry-education integration for higher vocational colleges of China.
